ObjectiveBy studying the influencing factors of postpartum depression and the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome,analyse the correlation of these factors with the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome in order to prevent or reduce the happen of postpartum depression,and provide instructional basis for TCM dialectcal treatment of postpartum depression.MethodsThrough the questionnaire survey of 416 maternals who meet the inclusion criteria from the gynaecology and obstetrics of the first clinical medical college of Guangzhou University of Chinese medicine in 2016 July and 2017 January,to gather their information which include their age,education background,family income,fertility desire,parity history,delivery way,amount of bleeding,neonatal birth condition,degree of satisfaction to neonatal sex,degree of family care support and TCM diagnosis information,use EPDS to divide all the maternals into normal maternals and mild?severe PPD,use the collection sheet of TCM diagnosis to quantificat and judge the type of TCM syndrome.establish information database,use SPSS 22 software package for statistic analysis,and finally conclude the correlation of the above factors(age,education background,family income,and so on)with postpartum depression and the distribution of TCM syndrome.Results1.Through the questionnaire survey of 416 maternals,there are 88 maternals who suffer from PPD,the occurring rate of PPD is 21.15%,in the 88 patients,60 of them(68.18%)is low-grade suffering,28 of them(31.82%)is high-grade suffering?2.Delivery way,amount of bleeding,neonatal birth condition have positive relationship with PPD.education background,family income,fertility desire,degree of satisfaction to neonatal sex,degree of family care support have negative relationship with PPD.while age,parity history don' t have relationship with PPD.3.In the 88 maternals who suffer from PPD,there are 31(35.23%)patients who is mainly with the syndrome of heart-spleen deficiency;there are 30(34.09%)patients who is mainly with the syndrome of internal blockade of static blood;there are 27(30.68%)patients who is mainly with the syndrome of liver-qi stagnation.4.Age,education background,amount of bleeding,neonatal birth condition,degree of satisfaction to neonatal sex,degree of family care support have relationship with the distribution of TCM syndrome of PPD,while family income,fertility desire,parity history,delivery way don't have relationship with the distribution of TCM syndrome of PPD.Conclusion1.The occurring rate of PPD is 21.15%,from of which 68.18%is low-grade suffering,31.82%is high-grade suffering.2.Delivery way,amount of bleeding,neonatal birth condition have positive relationship with PPD.education background,family income,fertility desire,degree of satisfaction to neonatal sex,degree of family care support have negative relationship with PPD.while age,parity history don' t have relationship with PPD.3.The syndrome of heart-spleen deficiency is most common,the next are the syndrome of internal blockade of static blood and the syndrome of liver-qi stagnation.4.Age,education background,amount of bleeding,neonatal birth condition,degree of satisfaction to neonatal sex,degree of family care support have relationship with the distribution of TCM syndrome of PPD,while family income,fertility desire,parity history,delivery way don' t have relationship with the distribution of TCM syndrome of PPD.
