Objectives: The study investigate Postpartum Depression(PPD)in Liaoning Province,take the analysis in which effect prenatal and postpartum factors on PPD,explore occurrt situation and distribution characteristics in different background of economic,culture and region on PPD.The study are proposed to provide the basis for perinatal women's mental health care;prevent and reduce the occurrence of PPD;confine perinatal women mental health adjustment and neonatal health of body and mind development.Methods : From November 2014 to October 2015,the nvestigation select the obstetrics of two hospitals in Liaoning Province for two Cross-sectional Study.240 pregnant women were for the inquiry in two hospital respectively,who took two phases questionnaires at prenatal(from 36 to 40 weeks)and postpartum(6 weeks after postpartum).Results were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0 software.Mainly using the descriptive analysis,2 Chi-Square test,non-conditional Logistic regression analysis of multiple factors such as data,a =0.05 for the significant level.Results: 1 The natural condition of the interviewees 480 cases of the interviewees were asked in the study,the cases of the interviewees said not willing to accept investigation are 24,he cases of the interviewees were exited because the questionnaire were not full or inlogical as invalid are 15,the cases is unable to touch because chose other hospital delivery are 9,eventually,the cases took part in continuous investigation in the prenatal and postnatal two-stage are 432.The youngest puerperant of the 432 cases is 18 years old,and the oldest was 44 years old,the women older than 35 year old is 74 cases;the undergraduate degree is 306 cases,bachelor degree or above is 126 cases;urban residents is 228 cases,urban residents is 204 cases;the small family is 296 patients,and the big family is 136 cases;only child is 269 cases and non-only child is 163 cases;the monthly family income per capita 2000-3999 ? is 167,followed by between 1000 and 1999 ? is 111 cases,more than 4000 ? is 99 cases,less than 1000 ? is 55 cases.2 The occurrence on PPD The analysis results show that: the incidence of PPD was 24.3% at the two hospitals,including Three-grade hospital of PPD rate was 25.4%,the Two-grade hospitals of PPD rate was 23.1%,there was no significant difference in the two hospitals(P = 0.562).3 The Influence of different social demographic characteristics on PPDSingle factor analysis showed that the residence,living style,only child and other factors,has little effect on postpartum depression(P > 0.05);age,educational level,income is the risk factors of postpartum depression(P < 0.05).4 The effects of prenatal anxiety,depression,social support on PPDSingle factor analysis showed that prenatal anxiety and depression is significantly influence factors(P = 0.000)on PPD;prenatal social support and postpartum social support are the risk factors of PPD(P < 0.05)and have certain influence.5 The Influence of different perinatal characteristics on PPDSingle factor analysis showed: infant feeding,neonatal raising experience and other factors,has little effect on postpartum depression(P > 0.05);adverse pregnancy history,unintended pregnancy,associated with pregnancy complications,preterm and postterm delivery,cesarean section,newborn sex,multiple births,neonatal malformations,rooming with infant,neonatal development status,neonatal care and other factors are postpartum depression risk factors(P < 0.05).6 The effects of Logistic multiple regression analysis of the factors of PPDPrenatal logistic multiple regression analysis results show that: the elderly(OR=4.863)and unintended pregnancy(OR=22.260)and adverse pregnancy history(OR=29.412),prenatal anxiety(OR=67.707),maternal prenatal depression(OR=68.894)easily suffering from PPD,income level is high OR=0.228),prenatal social support good(OR=0.011)of the parturient woman to have the possibility of PPD small.Postpartum logistic multiple regression analysis results show that: If the mode of delivery is cesarean section(OR=19.050),neonatal sex is women(OR=5.623)and neonatal for multiple births(OR=5.144),husband and wife takes care of the maternal neonatal(OR=1.581)are susceptible to occurance PPD,if rooming with infant(or = 0.103),neonatal development is in good condition(OR=0.034),postpartum social support is good(0.060),the possibility of PPD is smal.Conclusions: 1 The occurrence rate of PPD is 24.3% in Liaoning Province.2 The adverse psychological factors as prenatal anxiety,depression,lack of social support effect PPD significantly.3 These adverse perinatal factors as high-risk pregnancy,unintended pregnancies,cesarean section are risk for PPD.4 The factors about newborn as sex,poor development conditio ns are risk for PPD.5 The social and demographic factors as advanced age,low income are risk for PPD.
