Comparative Study On Two Different Treatment In Calcaneal Fractures Of Type Of Sanders ? In Clinic

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of the manipulation reduction combined with small splint fixation and open reduction internal fixation for the treatment "of calcaneal fractures of type of sanders ?,and their curative effect can be compared.MethodsTo select 80 cases of patients of calcaneal fractures by sanders ? as type which meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in wards and outpatients from orthopedics and traumatology of Chinese Medicine in foshan hospital of TCM during March 2014 to March 2016.To check random number table to divide into two groups according to the different methods of treatment.The experimental group was used by bonesetting skill with small splint fixation,and the control group was Lused by surgery.Two groups of patients were routinely examined on admission.The test group put to use the treatment of bonesetting,while the control group making surgery.Two groups were treated with basic treatment including external and internal treatment.In external treatment,wounded limbs changed their dressing two days at a time,and were treated to wash by shujinxi external granules.In internal treatment,the oral medicine including sanqihuayu oral liquid and infrared irradiation,loose joint training were utilized in clinical work.To obtain relevant data through follow-up and referral after patients got out of the hospital in a week.To acquire data of angle Bohler,angle Gissane,transverse diameter of calcaneus,VAS score and Maryland foot score system by performing the imaging examination of the two groups on admission,after one day of treatment,after8 weeks of treatment and after 18 weeks of treatment.The complications after treatment were recorded and analyzed.To analyse the compare the two different methods of treatment to calcaneus of type of sanders ? by clinical index and complications within group and between groups.ResultsIn the two groups,all cases of complications were withdrawn from the trial to treat according to symptoms.In the experimental group,2 cases of delayed union were found after treatment for 8th weeks.In the control group,2 cases of skin necrosis due to infection of surgery mouth were found after treatment for 8th weeks.2 cases of nerve injury,2 cases of screw breakage,found after treatment for 18th weeks.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)in the imaging examination,VAS and Maryland foot function score on admission(before treatment).On the first day after treatment,compared with before treatment,angle Bohler of two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),while angle Gissane and transverse diameter of calcaneus lower(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).In VAS,compared with before treatment,the values of the two groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In Maryland foot function score,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).On the 8th weeks after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the imaging examination.In VAS,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In Maryland foot function score,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).On the 18th weeks after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the imaging examination.In VAS,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In Maryland foot function score,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effects of the manipulation reduction combined with small splint fixation which cure calcaneal fractures of type of sanders II is obvious action,relatively low risk of surgery,low cost,nosignificant adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
