The Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Calcaneal Fractures In Reduction And Internal Fixation With Bone Tendons Oral Liquid

Objective:In this study the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of calcaneal fractures methods and complications such as theory research as a starting point,by the comparison of curative effect of minimally invasive prying reset joint cannulated screw internal fixation and open reduction with internal fixation in the treatment of Sanders IIand III calcaneal fractures,to clarify the advantages of minimally invasive prying reset joint cannulated screw internal fixation with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and provide reliable basis for its application in clinic.Methods:This study participants included Sander II type and type III calcaneal fractures cases, 40 cases randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(n=20) and control group(n=20).The treatment group was given minimally invasive prying reset cannulated screw internal fixation treatment,and the control group was given open reduction with internal fixation treatment.After surgery, the two groups were given in the Chinese native medicine preparation for drinking and the functional exercise.On patients after 6 to 12 months of follow-up,based on the comparison of the operation time, blood loss, postoperative complications and surgery before and after the function recovery angle, imaging anatomical reduction, etc,and then compare assessment data and statistical processing,to analy two methods of treatment in the treatment of Sander II and Sander III calcaneal fractures.Results : The two methods in clinical treatment of Sander II and Sander III calcaneal fractures were obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect.In terms of functional score,the treatment group and control group is quite(P > 0.05).In the aspect of imaging anatomical repositioning,the treatment group and control group was no significant difference(P>0.05);However, compared with the control group, treatment group in operation time, intraoperative blood loss and complication rate of surgery has obvious advantages(P<0.01)。Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of two methods in the treatment of Sander II and Sander III calcaneal fractures is quite,and they are effective and reliable treatment.However,compared with open reduction and plate screw fixation,minimally invasive prying reset cannulated screw fixation has the advantages of relatively simple,less operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, less postoperative complications,etc.At the same time,because of less surgical trauma relative ease the pain of the patients, it make the patient easy to accept.As a result, minimally invasive prying reset cannulated screw fixation should be regarded as a kind of good method in the clinical treatment of calcaneal fractures to promote its application on the premise of strictly grasp the indications.
