With the further deepening of the reform of the new medical system,the reform of public hospitals has become an inevitable trend,and its "public welfare"requirements and needs to be strengthened.The public through patient satisfaction to express the satisfaction of medical institutions.It's one of the important indicators of public hospital evaluation of "public welfare",and patients satisfaction has been gradually valued by the community.The department concerned attach great importance to quality of the hospital.Medical service satisfaction index survey of medical institutions,can also promote the medical institutions to improve the quality of medical services and medical institutions management through the investigation,found that each link of medical service gaps,through the improvement,improve the satisfaction of patients,medical institutions and patients to achieve "win-win",has an important impact on the survival and development of hospital.Although our country has carried out the patient satisfaction survey,but because of various reasons,so far there is no systematic investigation of patient satisfaction in Yanbian hospitals.The target of this study is the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University(Yanbian Hospital)in Jilin Province,it's has gradually formed a unique characteristics and advantages in the province.Further development of traffic environment such as Chang-Hun High-speed railway,many airline routes opened,improved seek medical advice of patients in Yanbian,and also makes hospitals increasingly competitive.This paper in order to improve the quality of the hospital medical service with the scientific measures,will be based on patient satisfaction theory and literature review,design a patient satisfaction questionnaire of Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University,survey inpatients and outpatients,analysis and evaluation of patient satisfaction,point out influence factors of patient satisfaction,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for the hospital management.According to the analysis results,the following suggestions are put forward.First,the hospital should improve the destination board,easy to guide patients to seek medical treatment.Second,Reasonable arrangements for medical treatment time,improve medical order,so that patients enjoy the most reasonable medical services.Third,Reasonable arrangements for medical staff to improve situation of "many patients,few medical staff"Forth,solves the problems of difficult parking and the low use efficiency of elevators and escalators to improve patient care environment.Fifth,do well clean the public facilities up,provide clean and tidy environment for patients.Sixth,improve the professional skills,service sense,service attitude of medical staff and support staff.
