Clinical Research On Fat 3-needle Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Forpostpartum Obesity

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of fat 3-needIe implantation on the obesity,BMI,body fat percentage F%,waist circumference and the degree of spontaneous abdominal relaxation in the postpartum obese patients.Methods60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture therapy.After 8 weeks,BMI,body fat percentage F%,waist circumference and patient's conscious degree of abdominal relaxation,To evaluate the overall clinical efficacy.Results1.The scores of obesity,BMI,body fat percentage F%,waist circumference and conscious abdomen relaxation were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 76.66%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion1."fat 3-needIe" acupoint catgut embedding effect on postpartum obesity exact clinical efficacy is better than acupuncture therapy.2."fat 3-needIe" acupoint catgut embedding can effectively reduce obesity in postpartum obese patients,BMI,body fat percentage F%,waist circumference and patient conscious abdominal relaxation degree integral.3.Acupoint catgut embedding has the advantages of simple operation,few times of treatment,high stimulation intensity,long stimulation time and few medical treatment.
