Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Simple Obesity Coplicated Fatty Liver By Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy and electro-acupuncture on simple obesity complicated fatty liver,to explore more suitable treatment for simple obesity complicated fatty liver therapy.Methods: Selected 60 cases with simple obesity complicated fatty liver compiling with study inclusion criteria,who visited the Anhui provincial acupuncture hospital inpatient and outpatient department during July 2016 to December 2017,randomized operation by the random number table,divided into the group of acupoint catgut embedding and electro-acupuncturegroup,two group of 30 cases each.In the treatment group,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Daimai,Zusanli,Fenglong,Sanyinjiao,and Ganshu,Pishu,Weishu,Shenshu by acupoint catgut embedding,1 times every 15 days;the control group received electro-acupuncture therapy,1 times every 2 days.Two groups of patients were treated for three months,observing the weight,BMI,serum ALT and TG levels,and liver’s change in B Ultrasound images of the two groups before and after treatment,the data were statistically analyzed and the results will be obtained by.Results: Embedding group in relieving weight,BMI,TG and improve the quality of life is better than electro-acupuncture group.There is no difference in reducing the level of ALT and liver’s change in B Ultrasound images between two groups.The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group,the control group was 86.77%,and the difference between two groups was significant.Conclusions: Catgut embedding therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of simple obesity complicated fatty liver,improve the quality of patients’ life,the clinical effect is obviously better than electro-acupuncture group.This method is simple,safe,effective,and suitable for clinical promotion.
