Objective:Based on the related document research of medical rehabilitation servic e,it shows that the current situation of medical rehabilitation service d eveloping,domestic and foreign research situation,as well as national and Guangdong Province to promote rehabilitation policy measures taken by th e medical service ability construction,so that can summarize the general situation of the development of rehabilitation both at domestic and forei gn;By conducting investigation and study on the TCM hospital rehabilitati on department construction situation in Guangzhou region,it shows that c an master the basic and supply capacity;By using data envelopment analysi s to measure the recovery efficiency of medical rehabilitation service in Guangzhou region,analysis the current problems of efficiency,so that c an put forward effective proposal to improve the quality and efficiency o f medical rehabilitation service.Methods:1?This paper combine the literature induction and system summarized reh abilitation medical service domestic and foreign to carry out the current situation and existing problems,analysis and summary the general situati on of Guangzhou region in the rehabilitation medical service,thus a more comprehensive cognitive rehabilitation medical services,it is laid the f oundation to the questionnaire,interview outline and measuring indicator s;2?Using the method of questionnaire,to investigate the development of r ehabilitation service in 22 TCM hospitals in Guangzhou region;3?Descriptive statistics and chi-square test were used to analyze the d ata of the questionnaire;4?With the help of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bureau Of Guangdong Pro vince,through forums and personal interviews,as well as combined with lit erature research to design interview outline,interview the relevant exper ts including hospital management specialist,hospital leadership,rehabilit ation department responsible person and rehabilitation personnel,understa nd their views and ideas on improving rehabilitation service;5?Using data envelopment analysis to measure the recovery efficiency of medical rehabilitation service in Guangzhou region,analysis the current problems of efficiency,so that can put forward effective proposal to im prove the quality and efficiency of medical rehabilitation service.Results:The TCM hospital Medical rehabilitation service in Guangzhou region sti 11 exist the following problems:(1)The Department of rehabilitation and c onstruction management standard is not perfect;(2)The lack of rehabilitat ion specialists,particularly in the number and quality of rehabilitation therapist,their professional title structure and academic structure is u nreasonable;(3)The rehabilitation equipment is not comprehensive;(4)The rehabilitation specialists develop strength is insufficient,lack of perf ect personnel training mechanism;(5)The proportion of medical insurance r eimbursement is low;(6)The recovery efficiency of medical service needs t o improve,especially the department of rehabilitation of Three-level TCM Hospital scale is too large;(7)Rehabilitation expenditure and rehabilitat ion equipment are input redundancy,rehabilitation total attendances and i ncome are output lack.Conclusion:There are some suggestions to solve the problems mentioned above:(1)Im prove and perfect the construction and management standard of the TCM hos pital rehabilitation department;(2)Take more attention in training of the rehabilitation professionals;(3)Medical rehabilitation service can ratio nal allocation and utilization,enhance the ability of rehabilitation med ical service;(4)Open Two-side referral,further improve the Three-level he alth care system of medical rehabilitation service;(5)Develop the health care system of medical rehabilitation service,as well as standardize supp orting policy;(6)Control the over rapid expand of medical rehabilitation service,rational allocation and utilization,so that can avoid wasting and increase output.
