Objective: Through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative model,the police mechanism and its operation effect of medical institutions in Guangzhou are explored.To understand the police mechanism at this stage,including police allocation,professionalism,enforcement authority,work methods,management system,communication and other six aspects of information.Objectively evaluate the operational effect of the police station,analyze the internal influencing factors,put forward the suggestions for perfecting the police station,and then improve the running effect and construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Method: Through literature analysis,summed up the relevant documents and reports,conduct a comprehensive understanding about the police office in the hospital and doctors involved in criminal,analysis our country and abroad,and gradually form a concise view of the basic theoretical framework of the police office in the hospital.Using the self-made questionnaire and the questionnaire,this paper makes an empirical research.This study is based on empirical research and qualitative research.This study select 21 hospitals in Guangzhou.With rational geographical distribution.Information collection and interview training before the development of research.There are 23 disinterested interviews.Answer on the spot,recycling on the spot.The medical staff were come from the medical department,clinical departments and other departments;the security guards were stationed in the police office and Security room.466 questionnaires were distributed,and the recovery rate was 92.1%,the effective echo was about 402,and the effective rate was 86.3%.The medical questionnaire including: the survey of demographic characteristics,basic information of medical institutions,basic information of police office,the doctor-patient conflict,improvement of medical environment,operation mode of police,work efficiency and effect,and the scope,management system,power and responsibility structure.Police added financial sources,the cost,medical forms and types,Treat the Cases etc.Carries on the data using EXCL and SPSS19.0 software,including the percentage composition,weight ranking,T test,chi square test and logistic regression analysis,principal component analysis,and multiple factor linear regression and quantitative research method,and the factors analyzed.Results:(1)In this study,the overall reliability of the questionnaire was 0.9,and the overall reliability of the questionnaire was about 0.894,with a high degree of consistency.(2)The construct validity of the questionnaire is 56.508%,which is acceptable.(3)Medical conflict T test,P>0.05;comparison of medical types before and after P<0.05.(4)The police disposition and the police identity contrast analysis has the statistical difference(P<0.05)(5)The authority cognition contrast analysis,P<0.05;(6)The responsibility cognition contrast analysis,P<0.05;the influence contrast analysis,P>0.05.(7)Cognitive comparison of performance programs,P<0.05.(8)The personnel mechanism,the authority mechanism,the responsibility mechanism regression coefficient >0,OR>1,is the promotion factor;the performance mechanism regression coefficient <0,OR<1,is the hindrance factor.(9)Analysis of logistic in police work,indoor duty,regular inspections,electronic monitoring and regression coefficients were >0,OR>1,is to promote the safety factor;the telephone contact,safe guiding regression coefficient <0,OR value is <1,hindering factors.(10)The work efficiency and the effect factor analysis result: the positive factor F1=89,the negative factor F2=49,the overall score F=76.(11)The running effect in police factor analysis and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis results: the shock factor regression coefficient >0,and improve medical related positively;trust factor regression coefficient <0,negatively correlated with the improvement of medical trouble.(12)Comparative analysis of the results of the optimization measures of the police and medical treatment: there are significant differences between the two sides in improving the performance evaluation measures,P<0.05.Conclusion:(1)Change of medical form put forward higher requirements for police and the police in literacy,crisis consciousness and public relations ability,improve the legal quality has become a key point.(2)Clinical medical departments in the police effectiveness perception of the weakest,the reasonable allocation of police resources,the establishment of key sections of the three grade prevention mechanism,improve the effect of perception.(3)The mere reliance on the telephone medium has an effect on the effectiveness of the police,which requires a combination of various modes of work.(4)The lack of medical knowledge has become a factor restricting the effectiveness of the police,through the absorption of medical professionals,the establishment of horizontal expert system to make up for the lack of medical knowledge.(5)The police office in the hospital early warning mechanism is not perfect,the lack of deterrent effect,the establishment of emergency plan,subject to police identity,legal administration.(6)The reform of the police performance appraisal mechanism has become the focus of the dispute between the two sides.The results of the data analysis show that the revision of the performance plan has an effect on the results,so we can only rely on other forms of supplementary evaluation.
