| Purpose:Anorexia is a common clinical disease and the incidence is on the rise these years.The study in this paper by using randomized controlled methods of Yang-yin medicine diet in the treatment of pediatric anorexia of clinical research,with Yangweizengye Decoction and the comparison of study after treatment with the change of clinical syndrome integral,observe its clinical curative effect,to explore the mechanism of Yang-yin medicine diet for treating spleen and stomach Yin-deficiency of pediatric anorexia.This study can provide reliable basis for dietary therapy of TCM in treating pediatric disease in clinic.Methods:By adopting the method of randomized controlled studies,collected 60 anorexia children(Yin-deficiency of spleen and stomach type),divided randomly into experimental group and control group.Experimental group by using Yang-yin medicine diet,the control group using Yangweizengye Decoction contrast.Eight weeks for a period of treatment,record its efficacy and statistical processing.Results:1).There is no statistics meaning to compare with two groups by the score of sex,age and disease course(P>0.05),this means they have comparability.2).Disease effect:treatment group shows the total effective rate reaching 100%;control group shows the total effective rate reaching 93.33%.The two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05),it prompts treatment group has advantage than control group in disease effect.3).syndrome effect:The two groups has statistics meaning(P<0.05),it prompts treatment group has advantage than control group in syndrome effect.Security index has not found obvious toxic side effects.4).The integration of treatment group and control group in two treatment periods has a decline tendency.Treatment group has advantage than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yang-yin medicine diet has better therapeutical effect for pediatric anorexia(Yin-deficiency of spleen and stomach type),and has clinical value. |
