Observation On Curative Effect Of Migujian Decoction Prevention Of Vertebral Fracture After Vertebroplasty

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Migujian decoction in preventing vertebral fracture after vertebroplasty.Methods:Patients were derived to our hospital orthopedic in 2015 between August to February 2016 meet the inclusion criteria of 100 cases of osteoporotic spine fracture in patients with PVP after surgery.Using randomized grouping method,according to the treatment method is divided into experimental group and control group two groups,each group is 50 cases.Among them,100 patients were enrolled and died.And other reasons a total of 5 patients were followed up,the experimental group of 47 cases,the control group of 48 cases.Two groups of patients after admission.Consent by patients signed informed consent,According to different groups of programs to implement treatment.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate tablets,vitamin D,1 tablet,1 times/d,oral,calcitonin nasal spray 2 spray,1 times/d,placebo,daily 1,placebo,daily 1,every morning and evening;Experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment,The control group of placebo replaced with the same amount of dense Migujian decoction,daily 1,every morning and evening.Respectively,after the first 1,30,60,90days blood line serum calcium ion,alkaline phosphate determination;preoperative,After every 3 months to the hospital X-ray film,bone density measurement,pain test,for patients with increased pain,and then MRI examination;observation of the two groups of patients after treatment,pain intensity,bone density,vertebral body Fracture rate comprehensive effect.The recorded data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference in serum calcium phosphate concentration and serum calcium level between the two groups(P>0.05).The changes of biochemical indexes on the 30th and 60th day after operation were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the two groups(P>0.05).The bone mineral density of the two groups was better than that of the control group at the third month after operation(P<0.05).3.The incidence of postoperative vertebral fracture was lower in the two groups than in the control group(P<0.05).4.In the present study,the time of fracture healing was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.There was a significant difference in the degree of pain after the operation(P<0.05).6.There were significant differences in comprehensive curative effect between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Migujian Decoction for the prevention and treatment of fractures in patients with loose spondylolisthesis after surgery,with conventional treatment,slow down the loss of bone density,reduce the occurrence of fractures.
