Observation On The Curative Effect Of Floating Acupuncture Combined With Zenggu Decoction In The Treatment Of Residual Low Back Pain After OVCF Vertebroplasty

ObjectiveA prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of floating acupuncture combined with Zenggu Decoction in the treatment of residual lumbago back pain after OVCF vertebroplasty,and the mechanism of floating acupuncture combined with Zenggu Decoction in the treatment of this disease was analyzed and discussed,so as to provide a reference for clinicians in the treatment of residual low back pain after OVCF vertebroplasty.MethodsThe patients who were definitely diagnosed as osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in Hubei Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected.After completing the relevant examination,the patients who had residual back pain after percutaneous vertebroplasty were divided into treatment group(23 cases)and control group(23 cases).On the basis of basic treatment,the treatment group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with Zenggu Decoction once every other day,two weeks as a course,one course,Zenggu Decoction for two consecutive weeks as a course,one course;the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with Zenggu decoction,once a day,five days as a course,two courses,two days in between,Zenggu Decoction for treatment The treatment group.All patients were followed up for at least 3 months.Before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 3 months after treatment,VAS(visual analysis scale),ODI(Oswestry disability index),SF-MPQ(short form McGill Pain questionaire,SF-MPQ)pain scale were observed and recorded.The clinical effect was evaluated 3 months after operation to evaluate the overall effect of the patients.Statistical methods SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze all the data.ResultsThere was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the treatment group and the control group in terms of sex,age,lesion segment and the number of abscission between the two groups,which was comparable;before treatment,the treatment group and the control group had VAS score,ODI score,SF-MPQ There was no significant difference in the scores(P > 0.05),which was comparable;after one week of treatment,the VAS scores,ODI scores and SF-MPQ scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);after two weeks of treatment,the VAS scores,ODI scores and SF-MPQ scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group The scores of vas,ODI and SF-MPQ in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05)The results showed that: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.7%,the cure rate was 61%,the apparent efficiency was 21.7%,the improvement rate was 13.0%,the non efficiency was 4.3%;the total effective rate of the control group was 91.3%,the cure rate was 30.4%,the apparent efficiency was 34.8%,the improvement rate was 26.1%,and the non efficiency was 8.7%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=-1.985,P =0.047,P <0.05).Conclusion1.Floating acupuncture combined with Zenggu decoction can effectively reduce the residual back pain and improve the clinical symptoms of OVCF patients after vertebroplasty.2.Compared with common acupuncture and zenggu decoction,the combined treatment of floating needle and zenggu decoction can achieve better therapeutic effect in the early stage of residual low back pain after vertebroplasty.
