The Research On The Correlation Among The Syndrome Element Integration,?-endorphine,RLS Score And Sex Hormones Of Liver-depressed Perimenopausal Women With RLS/PLM

Objective:Through studying on the research about liver depression score and ?-endorphine of perimenopausal women with liver-depression type of RLS/PLM(Restless Legs Synd-rome/Periodic Leg Movement),provide an objective basis for the identification on RLS/PLM liver-depressed perimenopausal women.Methods:1.Using the four diagnosis methods' information and CPC to measure the liver depressi-on score and put any other kinds of sleep disorder.Bringing in 37 female with liver-depression type of RLS/PLM perimenopause(liver depression score?100)and 30 with non-liver-depression type perimenopause(<100).2.Examining ?-endorphine by ELISA and detecting FSH,LH,E2 by CL.And measure the PSQI and RLS integral by PSQI and RLS scale.3.Comparing all the cases'serum P-endorphine with liver depression score,FSH,LH,E2,PSQI,RLS in-tegral.Analyzing the correlation among ?-endorphine,liver depression score,RLS score and E2,FSH,LH.Results:1.The serum ?-EP(106.05±20.87)in the postmenopausal period of RLS/PLM was significantly lower than that in the postmenopausal RLS/PLM non-hepatic depression group(159.40 ± 51.23),(P<0.05),and the RLS score of the liver depression group was significantly increased,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no diff-erence in LH,FSH and BMI between the two groups.Further differences in serum ?-EP and RLS scores were statistically significant(F = 31.672,P = 0.000;F = 42.117,P = 0.000)after further covariance analysis,control age,and BMI.2.Liver depression score was negatively correlated with ?-EP(P<0.05,the correlation coefficient r =-0.583),and there was a positive correlation with the RLS score(P<0.05,the correlation coefficient was r = 0.656),and the correlation coefficient was r = 0.656,(P<0.05),and there was no correlation with E2,LH and FSH(P>0.05).After controlling with age and BMI,the score of liver depression was negatively correlated with ?-EP(P<0.05,correlation coefficient r =-0.587)(P<0.05,the correlation coefficients were r = 0.660),and no correlation with E2,LH,FSH(P>0.05).3.?-EP was still negatively correlated with liver depression score,RLS score,LH and FSH and the correlation coefficients were r=-0.583,-0.657,-0.477,-0.557,respectively,but positively correlate with E2(P<0.05,r = 0.302).After controlling with age and BMI,?-EP was still negatively correlated with liver depression score,RLS score,LH and FSH(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients were r =-0.587,-0.659,-0.434,-0.496)and positively correlated with E2(P<0.05,r = 0.306).4.The RLS score was positively correlated with liver depression score,LH and FSH and the correlation coefficient r was 0.656,0.244,0.245,and negatively correlated with E2(P<0.05,r-0.337,After controlling with age and BMI,?-EP was still positively correlated with liver depression score,RLS score,LH and FSH(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients were r = 0.660,0.224,0.219)and negatively correlated with E2(P<0.05,r =-0.332).Conclusion:1.The level of serum ?-EP in peri-menopausal RLS/PLM liver depression was significantly lower,and the lower the level of ?-EP was,the severity of liver depression was higher,so the level of serum ?-EP could be postmenopausal RLS/PLM liver The severity of the provision of an objective basis.2.The higher the level of ?-EP,the higher the degree of liver depression,the more serious the degree of RLS/PLM attack,so it may be clinically possible by Shugan Jieyu relieves the onset of RLS/PLM.3.Estrogen is an important factor affecting perimenopausal RLS/PLM seizures,thus supplemental estrogen method relieves the onset of RLS/PLM.
