Purpose:Discuss the interrelationship of integral and grade of liver depression, IL-1β and TNF-α of perimenopausal women who suffer from non-organic insomnia, so that to enrich the traditional syndrome differentiation and provide new ideas in the prevention and control of liver depression for perimenopausal women with non-organic insomnia.Method:Select 163 cases of perimenopausal women who visit to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2014 to February 2015, including 102 cases of perimenopausal non-organic insomnia group and 61 cases of perimenopausal women without sleep disorder as another group.All of research objects should be collected four diagnostic information and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index information(PSQI).According to the "syndrome differentiation School"(2008 version), we find the sum of contribution by accumulating the clinical manifestations which are belonging to the factors of liver depression, thus getting the patients’integral and grade of liver depression(0、1、2 and 3 level). Serum sex hormone levels(including FSH、LH、E2、 T) are determined by electro-chemistry immunity analytical method, while the levels of IL-1β and TNF-a are measured by ELISA.Results:1.The integrals of liver depression syndrome elements in perimenopausal non-organic insomnia group are higher than the no sleep-disordered group, and the differences have statistically significance(t=4.039,P<0.01). The composition ratio between the two groups has statistically significance(Z=-3.524,P<0.01). the majority of non-organic insomnia group are the 2 level(25.5%) and 3 level(52.0%) of liver depression,while the majority of no sleep-disordered group is the 0 level(37.7%) of liver depression.2.IL-1β has no correlation with FSH,LH,E2,T(respectively,r=-0.062,P=0.436;r=-0.002, P=0.977;r=0.027,P=0.735;r=-0.026,P=0.745); TNF-α also has no correlation with FSH, LH,E2,T(respectively,r=0.087,P=0.272;r=0.107,P=0.174;r=0.004,P=0.963;r=0.031,P=0.697); IL-lp has a positive correlation with TNF-a(r=0.727,P<0.01); IL-1β and TNF-α have a positive correlation with the integral of liver depression(respectively,r=0.382,P<0.01; r=0.387,P<0.01). PSQI has a positive correlation with the integral of liver depression (r=0.463,P<0.01).3.The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α [respectively,(138.7±73.3)pg/L, (29.8±8.22) ng/L] in non-organic insomnia group are higher compared with no sleep-disordered group[respectively, (103.4±64.9)pg/L, (16.7±11.0)ng/L], the differences have statistically significance (respectively,t=3.094,P<0.01;t=7.994,P<0.01).4.1n non-organic insomnia group, the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α among different pathologic stage of liver depression have statistical significance(respectively,F=5.096,P= 0.003;F=3.468,P=0.019), and the higher grade of liver depression pathology, the higher levels of IL-1β and TNF-α. The differences of PSQI among different pathologic stage of liver depression also have statistically significance(x2=12.83,P=0.005), and the higher grade of liver depression pathology,the higher level of PSQI.Conclusion:Perimenopausal non-organic insomnia usually associates with liver depression, additionally, the heavier degree of liver depression,the more serious of insomnia. The levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in non-organic insomnia group are higher compared with no sleep-disordered group, as well as, the heavier integral and grade of liver depression, the higher levels of IL-1β and TNF-α, Cytokines IL-1β and TNF-α may be involved in the pathogenesis of liver depression results in non-organic insomnia.
