| ObjectiveIt is to observe the clinical effects of patients of damp-heat syndrome knee gouty arthritis through the treatment of arthroscopy of minimally invasive techniques combined with Qingreliangxuefang,and to analyze the mechanism of this treatment.It will provide a more safe and effective method for the treatment of the knee gouty arthritis.MethodsSelected 59 cases of knee gouty arthritis as the research object from February 2016 to February 2017 in the affiliated hospital of Orthopedics of GuangZhou University of TCM in the hospital,all patients' TCM syndrome differentiation were damp and hot accumulate knot.59 cases were randomly divided into two groups by using the simple random method,with 30 cases in the treatment group and 29 in the control group.All patients need to improve the preoperative routine inspection and preoperative assessment after admission,no absolute contraindications,taking the same surgical method of arthroscopy and other postoperative treatment,all were treated with Benzbromarone 0.5mg per day once for consecutive 4 weeks after taking breakfast.All patients' liver and kidney function during treatment should be checked regularly,if the liver and kidney function prompted serious abnormity,the treatment should be terminated.Under the above treatment,the treatment group was treated with Qingreliangxuefang once per day under the guiding principle of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment after the second day of the surgery.The treatment also need 4 weeks.To observe the clinical curative effect of treatment,pain score,knee function score,blood sedimentation,c-reactive protein and the change of blood uric acid for 1 week,4 weeks.And statistical analysis results(SPSS19.0 statistical software)?Results1.After one week treatment,the total effective rate of the study group is 90.0%,the total effective rate of the control group is.82.7%.So the curative effect of the study group is better than the control group,but there was no statistically difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Four weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of the study group is 100%,the total effective rate of the control group is 93.1.9%.So the curative effect of the study group is obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Before the treatment,two groups of patients compare with pain score,joint function score,BUA,ESR and CRP,there was no statistically significance between 2 groups(p>0.05).3.Both groups can alleviate patients' pain and improve the joint function after one week or four weeks treatment.And the study group improved better than the control treatment,there was statistical significance(p<0.05).4.In 1 week treatment,two groups of BUA,ESR and CRP level was decreased,the ESR and CRP level of the treatment group got lower than that in the control group at the same time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the BUA level of the treatment group got lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistically difference between the two groups(P>0.05);In the treatment of 4 weeks,the levels of BUA,ESR and CRP in the treatment group got significantly lower than that in the control group,there was statistically difference between the two groups(P<0.05);And compared with treatment in 1 week,the levels of BUA,ESR and CRP got downer in 4 week.ConclusionThe clinical studies have shown that the joints of minimally invasive surgery combined with Qingreliangxuefang on treating the damp-heat syndrome knee gouty arthritis had a curative effect,it can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce pain and improve joint activity,drop the levels of blood uric acid and inflammatory index,stop the progression,it is an effective,minimally invasive,safe method on treating the knee gouty arthritis.It is worth popularizing in clinic. |
