The Study On Incision Complications Of Calcaneal Fractures Treated With Allgrower-Donati Suture Technique

ObjectiveThe use of Allgrower-Donati suture technique and vertical mattress suture technique of closed type L lateral incision of calcaneal fractures,comparison of two kinds of suture method of wound blood and complications after calca.neal fractures,to investigate the suture method on the healing of wound,prevention of incision complications after calcaneal fractures significance.MethodsFrom December 2014 to February 2017 in the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine affiliated Orthopaedic Hospital of Sanders type ? calcaneal fracture surgery patients as the research object,according to the computer randomly divided into treatment group and control group(treatment group:closed calcaneal lateral incision;modified Allgrower-Donati suture technique in control group:the vertical mattress suture technique closed surgery two patients had incision),with a group of doctors with type L incision lateral calcaneal fractures with open reduction and plate screw internal fixation.Comparison of two groups of patients in the preoperative swelling time,incision suture time,incision healing time,postoperative VAS score,incision second days after 24h,48h,72h,96h temperature,the surface of the skin incision incision healing grade,postoperative incision complication rate.Results1,two groups of patients with gender,average age,operation time by statistical analysis,P>0.05,no statistical difference.2,two groups of patients in wound suture time,wound healing time,postoperative VAS score comparison,P = 0<0.05,the difference between the specific statistical difference.The treatment group was treated with Allgrower-Donati suture technique improved compared with the control group using the traditional technology of vertica.l mattress suture with suturing time,short time,wound healing time,wound faster VAS score lower postoperative advantage.3,the two groups of patients after 24 h,48h,72h,96h incision in the skin surface temperature difference,through the analysis of the treatment group after 24 hours of wound average temperature difference compared with the control group,there was no significant difference between the repeated measurement of variance(P>0.05),the treatment group after 48 hours,72 hours,96 hours average temperature difference compared with the control wound group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),thus using Allgrower-Donati suture technique of suture wound for wound flap blood supply noise.4 aspects of incision complications and postoperative wound complications:the treatment group was 6.66%,16.66%in the control group,the treatment group was significantly less than the control group,two groups of data have obvious difference,but the two groups of data by Fisher 2 test,no significant difference(P=0.42>0.05),and the Wilcoxon rank sum test between the two groups the wound healing level,there was significant difference(Mann-Whitney U=58.00,P=0.000<0.05).Summary:One of the suture method is correlation between the controllable factors of healing of incision reduction and internal fixation for calcaneal fractures after modified Allgrower-Donat.i suture technique,blood circulation disturbance to the subcutaneous tissue of the skin of small,greatly reducing the incision complications,a vertical mattress suture technique has the advantages of short time,postoperative pain index,low postoperative incision the low rate of complications,blood circulation disturbance to the subcutaneous tissue of skin the advantages of small incision healing,is worthy of promotion.
