| Objective:To compare the clinical effect of small posterolateral longitudinal incision and lateral L shaped incision in the plates internal fixation of calcaneal fracture of SandersⅡand Ⅲ.Methods:A total of 46 calcaneal fracture of SandersⅡand Ⅲ patients(52 feet)who received treatment from October 2016 to August 2018 were retrospectively studied.The 25 patients(27 feet)in study group were received small posterolateral longitudinal incision and plate fixation for the calcaneal fracture,while the 21 patients(25feet)in control group were received lateral L-shaped incision and plate internal fixation.The basic operation situations such as operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision healing time and hospital stay were recorded.The postoperative evaluation indexes such as B?hler’s angle,Gissane’s angle,American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society(AOFAS)score and Maryland foot score were measured and evaluated.Result:All patients were primary healing after operation,without complications of incision.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision healing time and hospital stay in study group were less than those in control group(P <0.05).There were no significant differences between two groups in B?hler’s angle,Gissaness angle,AOFAS score and Maryland foot score.Conclusion:Small posterolateral longitudinal incision is similar to lateral L-shaped incision in the plates internal fixation of calcaneal fracture of SandersⅡand Ⅲ,but it could shorten operation time,incision healing time and hospital stay,It is worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
