Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalp point cluster acupuncture combined with acupuncture at spleen and stomach meridian acupoints in the treatment of vertigo with deficiency of qi and blood,and to provide relevant evidence for the treatment of vertigo with deficiency of qi and blood,and to find a more effective treatment for vertigo of deficiency of qi and blood.Methods:60 patients with qi and blood deficiency type vertigo were selected and divided into treatment group(30)and control group(30)by random digital grouping method.In the treatment group,the treatment of the spleen and stomach with the acupuncture point of the spleen and the stomach was used in the treatment group,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The two groups acupuncture and moxibustion once a day,and after 6 days of continuous acupuncture for one day,7 days as a treatment course,a total of 2 courses of acupuncture and moxibustion.In this project,the changes of the curative effect standard and the vertigo score and the symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine are adopted in the Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation and the change of the TCD indexes is observed,and after the treatment of the two treatment courses of the patient,the scores and the observation of the above indexes are carried out.And the relevant statistical methods were used for analysis.Results:1.Both the treatment group and the control group could reduce the DARS vertigo score.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.After treatment,the patients were treated with TCM symptom score,and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.The improvement of TCD index before and after treatment wascompared between the treatment group and the control group.After statistical treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 80.00%,respectively.there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),which indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Scalp acupoint acupuncture combined with acupuncture of spleen and stomach meridians acupoints and routine acupuncture have clinical effect on vertigo patients with deficiency of qi and blood.2.The curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with acupuncture of spleen and stomach meridians acupoints on vertigo with deficiency of qi and blood is obviously better than that of conventional acupuncture.
