Clinical Study On Treatment Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Associated Anemia With Jianpi Yishen Recipe

Objective:Firstly,Through analyzing the 388 cases of hospitalized lung cancer patients retrospective,to summarize the incidence and treatment status quoof pulmonary anemia associated with lung cancer,so as to provide a reference for the clinical treatment.Sceondly,By observing clinical efficacy of prescription of the Jianpi Yishen for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer related anemia,to provide evidence for treatment of Cancer Related Anemia,with which combine Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Method:Firstly,Collecting the total number of 388 cases of Lung cancer patients who diagnosed with histopathology and complete case data,who are given treatment in Hubei Province Chinese medicine Hospital during the period of January 2015 to December 2015.To give a summary of lung cancer patients,incidence of Cancer Related Anemia,the characteristics of the disease and anemia treatment during hospitalization.Sceondly,researching and selecting a total of 70 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who underwent mild to moderate anemia were enrolled from January 2016 to September 2016 in the Department of Oncology in tumor department of Hubei Province Chinese medicine Hospital.Then dividing them into two groups :the treatment group(Chinese and Western medicine integrative group)and the control group(Western medicine group)randomly,The number of cases in each group was 35 cases.Through statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the general condition and hemoglobin value(P>0.05).The control group was supplemented with iron,folic acid,and vitamin B12(Iron Polysaccharide Complex Capsules 300 mg,daily oral 1 times;Folic Acid Tablets mg,daily oral 3 times;Vitamin B12 tablets of 25 ug,oral administration of 3 times a day),the treatment group in the control group based on the combination of Jianpi Yishen side,one dose per day,which is decocted to 300 ml,twice per day for 6 weeks.Then observing the hemoglobin values of the two groups after 6 weeks,karnofsky and the improovement of TCM syndrome score.At Last,use the SPSS 21.0 Statistical software to analyse the data and get the conclusion.Results:1.The incidence of Cancer Related Anemia in 388 patients with lung cancer was about 48.97%.Among them,142 cases mostly mild anemia(take up 74.14%),42 cases are moderate anemia(take up 22.11%).The classification of anemia was normal cell anemia(47.37%)and small cell low pigment anemia(accounting for 37.89%).The incidence of anemia among men and women was respectively 53.96%,36.36%.Less than the 65 years old age incidence of anemia is 46.02%,more than the 65 years old age incidence of anemia is 53.09%.The incidence of anemia in small cell lung cancer was 50.00%,and the incidence of anemia in NSCLC was 48.85%.The incidence of anemia in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma was 42.57% and 59.10%,respectively.The incidence of anemia in the single treatment group was 42.50%,the incidence of anemia in the comprehensive treatment group was 53.51%,the incidence of anemia in the TCM intervention group was 45.74%,and the incidence of anemia in the non TCM intervention group was 57.55%.From the treatment of 190 patients with lung cancer associated with anemia,the rate of anemia treatment is 45.79%.In which 14 cases take blood transfusion treatment(about 7.37%).there are 4 cases treated use erythropoietin(take up 2.63%).Supplemented iron in 24 cases(about 12.63%).there are 44 cases use Traditional Chinese medicine treatment(about 23.16%).Single factor analysis of variance showed that gender and pathological types were associated with anemia,age was independent of anemia.2.(1)Hemoglobin value:The hemoglobin value in the treatment group was 99.67 ±14.66 g/L.And compared with 91.33±10.49 g/L before treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)karnofsky :There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05);KPS score improved obviously compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)Chinese medicine symptoms:The effective rate of Chinese medcine(TCM)symptom remission in the treatment group was nearly 74.29%,which was higher than that in the control group(45.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of lung cancer-related anemia is high in clinical practice,anti tumor treatment will increase the incidence of anemia.Among them,male,elderly,squamous cell carcinoma is more prone to anemia.But pulmonary malignancies associated with anemia treatment rate is low.Currently,Chinese medicine is one of the effective andimportant meas of treatment.2.Jianpi Yishen prescription can effectively improve the advanced non-small cell lung cancer with mild to moderate anemia in patients with hemoglobin,and improve clinical symptoms and quality of life at the same time.
