| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qigui Buxue Syrup in the treatment of Cancer-Related Fatigue in patients with Lung-Spleen deficiency NSCLC after immunotherapy and explore the new method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Cancer-Related Fatigue.This clinical research designed to provide high-quality evidence for clinical treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and to understanding to a deeper level of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,50 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the Control Group and the Treatment Group,with 25 patients in each.Both groups of patients were given basic treatment according to their general conditions,including nutritional support,and symptomatic treatment,such as analgesia,rehydration,nausea,etc.,when necessary.The treatment group was treated with Qigui Buxue Syrup on the basis of the control group.21 days is a cycle of treatment,with a total of 2 cycles in this research.The changes of Piper Fatigue Correction Scale Score,TCM Syndrome Score,Karnault Score,T lymphocyte Subgroup and Safety Index(including blood routine,stool routine,urine routine,biochemical index)of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed to observe the clinical effect of Qigui Buxue Syrup on Cancer-Related Fatigue after immunotherapy of NSCLC with Lung-Spleen deficiency.The data is considered statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:1.General Data: The demographic and pathological characteristics of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed after sorting,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.the Scores of Piper Fatigue Correction Scale: After 2 cycles of treatment,the behavioral dimension,emotional dimension,physical dimension,cognitive dimension and total score of the Treatment Group were significantly improved after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The body dimension of the Control Group had no significant change before and after treatment,and had no statistical significance(P>0.05);The other dimensions and total scores were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement effect of each dimension score and total score in the Treatment Group was better than that in the Control Group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCM Syndrome Score: After 2 cycles of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM clinical syndrome effect in the Treatment Group was84%,compared with 24% in the Control Group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The improvement in the Treatment Group was better than that in the Control Group.4.KPS Score: After 2 cycles of treatment,the total effective rate of physical condition in the Treatment Group was 96%,and that in the Control Group was 66%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical condition has been improved,and the curative effect of the Treatment Group is more significant.5.T lymphocyte Subsets: After 2 cycles of treatment,the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the CD8+ levels in the experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,while the CD8+ level in the Control Group was not significantly reduced(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant.Conclusions:Qigui Buxue Syrup has a significant effect on Cancer-Related Fatigue after immunotherapy for advanced NSCLC of Lung-Spleen deficiency type.It can significantly improve the multi-dimensional fatigue state,TCM syndrome and physical condition of patients,regulate the immune function of patients,enhance the effect of immunotherapy,and has a high safety,which is worthy of extensive clinical application. |
