Clinical Study Of Shengxian Decoction To Treatment Cancer Related Fatigue In The Lung And Spleen Deficiency Type Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective :The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect of Shengxian Decoction in the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency in non-small cell lung cancer related fatigue,Using statistical analysis to deal with the observed data.To discuss the clinical efficacy of Shengxie Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer patients with tumor related fatigue during chemotherapy.Methods : The 60 patients who were eligible for admission were numbered according to the date of admission and divided into groups by random number table.In the treatment group,we use Shengxian Decoction combined with chemotherapy,while in the control group,we use chemotherapy only.A self-assessment of the fatigue status of the cancer patients before and after the treatment by a simple fatigue assessment scale.According to the TCM syndrome and the Karnofsky functional status score table and the quality of life score(QOL)table,the physical status and the quality of life of the two groups were scored before and after the treatment.And record the changes of two groups of scores.To statistics the changes of fatigue score,physical status score and quality of life score before and after chemotherapy,and the incidence and severity of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy were measured in the two groups.By using statistical analysis,evaluate the influence of Shengxian Decoction to treat cancer related fatigue in the lung and spleen deficiency of non-small cell lung cancer.Results :(1)Fatigue condition:Compared with the two groups,the incidence of tumor related fatigue in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the degree of which was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that Shengxian decoction can reduce the tumor correlation between the occurrence of fatigue,reduce the degree of fatigue.(2)TCM syndrome:After treatment,the TCM Syndromes of the two groups were alleviated,and the scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.(3)Myelosuppression:before chemotherapy,the leukocyte count and the platelet count between the two groups have no significant difference(P>0.05);Compared with the two groups after chemotherapy.The incidence of leuccytopenia and thrombocytopenia was lower than that in the control group,and the degree was lighter than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Karnofsky Performance Score : There was no significant difference in Karnofsky score between the two groups before chemotherapy(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups after chemotherapy,the Karnofsky score in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that Shengxian decoction can improve the physical condition of patients with chemotherapy.(5)Quality of life:There was no significant difference in Quality Of Life score between the two groups before chemotherapy(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups after chemotherapy,the Quality of Life score in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that Shengxian decoction can improve the quality of life of patients during chemotherapy with in the lung and spleen deficiency in non-small cell lung.Conclusion : Shengxian Decoction in the treatment of lung and spleen deficiency in non-small cell lung cancer cancer related fatigue has obvious clinical curative effect.It significantly improved TCM Syndromes of NSCLC Cancer-related fatigue patients with lung and spleen deficiency,and alleviated the clinical symptoms of CRF patients.It is effective in treating bone marrow suppression in NSCLC Cancer-related fatigue patients with lung and spleen deficiency.,Reducing the degree of bone marrow suppression.It is effective to improve the cancer-related fatigue physical condition of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.We can further explore the mechanism of its application in the treatment of tumor related fatigue.
