Clinical Research Of Chinese Medicine Triple Rule In Treating Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Of Ganshen Kuixu

Objective:To study the short-term effect and long-term effect as well as the safety of chinese medicine triple rule to lumbar spinal stenosis of Ganshen Kuixu(????)according to compare d with the commom clinical observation ways,directing the clinical treatment optimizasion.Methods:All the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis disease we re selected from March 2014-December 2015 in optical valley campus of Hubei Province Hospitor of TCM,with 33 male,27 female.The patients aged 55 to 74 years old,average 64.32 ± 8.65.The course of the disease was 2 to 15 years(averaged 7.6 years).Patients were divided into two groups:the group A was the treatment group(chinese medicine triple rule);and the group B was combined group(the commom clinical observation).One cour se of each group was 21 days.Compared and toke notes of both the VAS score and the FIM score of every patient in each group be fore the treatment,at 4 weeks,3 months,6 months after the treatment.There were no statistical differences in gender,age of the two groups,between group A and group B were comparable.Results:All patients were followed up for 4 to 6 months(means 5.6 months).Compared and toke notes of both the VAS score and the FIM score of every patient in each group before the treatment,at 4 weeks?3 months ?6 months after the treatment.Analysed the statisticas by data SPSS 17.0 statistical software.1.In the treatment group,the total efficiency was 93.33%,effective rate was 66.67%,and in the combined group,the tot al efficiency was 86.67%,effective rate was 53.33%.There were significant difference between the two groups,the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Compared the treatment group itself in efficacy of individ ual symptom such as intermingl limp,waist pain,lower limb rad ioactive pain,the score after treatment was obvious higher tha n before treatment.3.The clinical effective of the treatment group in lumbar spine,skin numbness and decreased muscle strength was muck better than the control group.4.Both the VAS score and the FIM score of patients in the t reatment group before the treatment and after the treatment wer e obvious higher than the control group.5.The medication safety of the treatment group which conbine d the Tongdu Huoxue decoction was better than the control group which had non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.6.The onset time of the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug in the control group was faster than the Tongdu Huoxue decocti on in the treatment group.7.The recurrence rate of treatment group which conbined the Tongdu Huoxue decoction was lower than the control group which had non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.Conclusion:The chinese medicine triple rule was obvious better than the commom clinical observation ways in ameliorated the typical symptoms include intermingl limp,waist pain,lower limbra dioactive pain,lumbar spine,skin numbness of lumbar spinal ste nosis of Ganshen Kuixu(????)which old people had high morb idity.The effective was better than commom clinical observation ways.Furthermore,it has lower by-effect,higher safety as well as higher compliance.Nevertheless,the few gross case limit ed the accuracy and thecomprehensiveness of the outcome.
