Objective:As the change of people living and working environment,Rotator cuff injury patients increased year by year,And there are gradually younger trend,Cuff injury is a very common type of shoulder joint degenerative diseases,The main clinical is:ache of shoulder joint?activity limitation?The weakness upper limb.The main topic of this subjecc is exploring the clinical curative effect of needle knife combine with internal-heated needle on chronic rotator cuff injury,And compared with conventional acupuncture.Verify the feasibility of this treatment on treating chronic rotator cuff injury.Evaluate its curative effect,treatment cycle,in order to finding and establish a method,Which The patient easy to accepting,and application and promotion in the clinical,Because of its prominented curative effecting?Short period of treatment ?Safety and reliable.Mothods:Select 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria for the study.All patients were from rehabilitation center inpatient of Taihe Hospital.Referring to the random number table,patients wererandomly divided into experimental group and control group.esch group is 30 patients.Experimental group receivedneedleknife and nternal-heatedneedle treatment.Control group received acupuncturebasedcomprehensive treatment.Refer to "The People's Republic of Chinapharmaceutical industry standard" TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacystandards.Experimental group received needle knifelysistreatment first,then received internal-heatedtreatment in pain point three and five days later,seven days for a course.he control group acupunctured thenconnected with electricity and grilled with light irradiation.Take a day off after 6 times of treatment,seven days for a course.All of these patients should postoperative exercise for function.After two courses treatment,Compared the two group with visual analogue scale and UCLA Scoring criteria to to evaluate its efficacy.Results:Clinical efficacy as follows: The experimental group of30 patients,9 excellent cases,19 good cases,1 case of invalid,Total effective rate rate is 93.33%;Control group of 30 patients,5 excellent cases,19 good cases,6 case of invalid,Total effective rate rate is 80%.We compared between the two groups and withingroups after treatment,found the difference was significant.Conclusion:All of the experimental group and control group could ease the pain,improve joint function activity,increase strength of the lesions shoulder.And improve satisfaction of the patients.On account of its Curative effect,simpleoperation,high feasibility,needleknife and nternal-heatedneedle treatment is superior toacupuncturebasedcomprehensive treatment,It was worth applingwidely and promoting.
