| Objective: Chinese medicine called is made in Wuhan No.1 Hospital,which has effects on Qingrejiedu,Lishixiaozhong and Sanyuzhitong.Jinhuang powder is a Chinese traditional medicine into classical prescription,which has effects on Qingrejiedu and Xiaozhongzhitong and widely used in clinical.The clinical study of the Baiying Qingmaiying mixture combined with Jinhuang powder in the treatment of acute exacerbation of gouty arthritis,compare the pain degree,the changes of level of serum uric acid,ESR,C-reactive protein and prognosis evaluation in patients with clinical efficacy and clinical safety,new methods for medical treatment in the acute attack of gout the search for new ideas for clinical.Methods: according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and the indications and contraindications of drugs in the acute attack of gouty arthritis,the corresponding inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were established.Hold joint surgery hospital with the screening of the June 2014-2016 year in June in Wuhan No.1 Hospital,116 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 58 cases of treatment group which use Baiying Qingmaiying mixture Combined with Jinhuangsan dressing treatment,58 cases in the control group,which use colchicine combined with celecoxib oral treatment,using statistical analysis method,comparative statistical changes between the two groups of pain,laboratory examination,the probability of occurrence and prognosis of adverse events,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the differences in the safety of medication and prognosis.Results: 1.Patients in the two groups before and after treatment for 1 week and 2 weeks of visual analogue score: two groups of patients in the treatment with the VAS score for 1 week,2 weeks ago were significantly decreased,but the treatment group compared VAS score with control group after treatment for 1 week and 2 weeks,which has no significant difference(P<0.05),indicating two treatments has the same effect.2.1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,compared the blood uric acid,ESR,C-reactive protein level change: two groups of patients after 1 week of treatment,after 2 weeks,blood uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and C-levels were lower than that before treatment.But the treatment group is lower than the control group in terms of blood uric acid level(P<0.05).3.Comparison of two groups of patients with clinical curative effect: the treatment of 2 weeks after the end of the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect evaluation,statistical treatment group total effective rate was 85.71%,control group total effective rate was 89.29%,the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two treatments has the same effect on curing disease.4.Two groups of patients with adverse reaction rate were observed and recorded: drug induced adverse events or may be caused by drugs and adverse reactions for the whole test process,statistical treatment group adverse reaction in 0 cases,the incidence rate was 0%,control group of drug adverse reaction in 18 cases,the incidence was 32.14%,there was statistical the difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group drug safety higher than the control group.5.Comparison of two groups of patients were followed up respectively in the treatment of recurrence: after 1 months,3 months,6 months to determine clinical efficacy in two groups of patients were effective,effective,cure follow-up,statistical group had 2 patients relapse first months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate was 4.2%,control a group of 1 patients with recurrence,the recurrence rate was 4.0%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the third months after the end of treatment,the treatment group of 6 patients with recurrence,the recurrence rate was 12.5%,the control group had 8 patients with recurrence,the recurrence rate was 16.0%,no significant difference.Significance(P>0.05);in the sixth months after the end of treatment,the treatment group of 16 patients with recurrence,the recurrence rate was 33.3%,the control group had 19 patients with recurrence,the recurrence rate was 38.0%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);two groups of drugs on gout There was no significant difference in the effects of acute recurrence.Conclusion: Baiying Qingmaiyin mixture combined with Jinhuang powder in treating acute exacerbation of gouty arthritis curative effect.Patients with joint pain was relieved after treatment,inflammation index decreased significantly,there was no obvious drug adverse reaction,is a safe,effective,rapid treatment of acute gouty arthritis method,is worthy of clinical application. |
