Study On Intention Of Selecting A Medical Service Of Community Residents In Shenyangcommunity Health Service Center

This paper made a research and discussion on the main influencing factors and behavior tendency of how community residents select a medical service,and focused on the relationship between these three parts of medical personnel,medical process,medical equipment and environment and the intention to seek treatment,then put forward the analysis based on the relationship to guide the community residents when they select a medical service.This paper studied on the selecting medical service of community residents by literature research method and questionnaire method,and used a descriptive statistics method to analyze on the basic sample status and relevant political cognition;then sorted out the questionnaire which have been revised and evaluated,finally chose proper variable to build a structural equation model to analyze the influencing factors.It is concluded that the conditions of residents themselves have a significant impact on selecting medical services;the improvement of the ability of primary medical organizations is the fundamental to guide the direction of residents;compared with medical staff and medical process,the medical equipment and environment is the prerequisite to guide the selecting.Among medical equipment and environment,if the reimbursement ratio system of medicines and relevant systems can be properly settled down,it would have a positive influence for community residents to select a community health service.Therefore,this paper advised from three aspects: First,of residents' needs,weigh the strength of spreading out the knowledge of prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,and based on the specific circumstances of residents,provide on-site service properly to make the convenience of residents to do the home care and chronic care;Second,from community construction,under the premise of improving the first diagnosis and two-way referral system implementation and popularization,improve the long-term level of technology and medical equipment in community health service centers;Third,from the government support,on the basis of zero-tolerance of poor quality drugs,ensuring a more comprehensive and detailed drugs categories,who continue improving the basic medical system to have more ratio reimbursement on community medical service,then it would have a significant guidance when selecting medical service.
