Clinical Observation On Peripheral Facial Paralysis With Eye Crack Recovery By Percussopunctator Therapy On Stationary Phase

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Percussopunctator on patients with peripheral facial paralysis at the stage of the palpebral fissure width,explore the plum blossom needle on the effectiveness of the eyelid peripheral facial paralysis patients were stationary crack recovery;provides a new way to shorten the course of acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,and provide reliable the basis for the clinical.MethodsPatients with peripheral facial paralysis were selected in the Department of acupu ncture and neurology of Fuzhou general hospital.They were randomly divided into tr-eatment group and control group.Two groups of patients in the acute phase(the first 7 days)were given the same treatment about basic drug treatment.Two groups of on set of stationary phase(8-25 days)in the treatment of different treatment groups:ordi-nary.acupuncture after treated with plum blossom needle.The control group was treat-ed with routine acupuncture at rest.1 every other day to stationary phase or stationar-y phase after cured through electromyography,ipsilateral muscle,and the contralateral eye fissure difference,H-B scale score and FDI score of the two groups were compa-red in stationary phase treatment of eye fissure effect and recoveryof peripheral facial paralysis.After the static period,the routine acupuncture treatmentwas continued until90 days after the onset of the disease.The FDI score was usedto compare the effic-acy of the two groups in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in the following90 days.Results1.After the treatment of static state,the EMG of the two groups,the ipsilateral musclestrength,the affected side and the healthy side of the eye fissure difference,the treatment group than the control group,the eye fracture recovery was more obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The group comparison:the incidence of H-B score and FDI physical function andsocial function score of the two groups after the onset of the disease in the twenty-fifth groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,there was statistical significance(P<0.01).3 months after FDI,the scores of physical function and social function were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between groups:compared with two groups of 25 days after the onset of H-B score and FDI physical function scores,the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);FDI score of social function between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).3 months after FDI,there was no significant difference between the group and the social function score(P>0.05).3.The efficacy of the two groups after the end of treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the effective rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The two groups of patients with peripheral facial paralysis cure days,the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion1.Plum blossom needle dazzling orbicularis obviously on peripheral facial paralysis quiescent eye cleft recovery effect,can stimulate the nerve to dominate its contraction,muscle involuntary contraction,stimulate reflex function exercise,so as to achieve the orbicularis muscle,promote the recovery of patients with eye fissure.2.Inactive intervention Percussopunctator dare to curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis is more obvious,shorten the course of treatment,improve the quality of life of patients.
