The Clinical Observation Of Effect Of "Plum-blossom Needle Sticking Combined With Pullaright" On Idiopqthic Facial Palsy In The Convalescence Period

Objective: The research compared and observed the clinical efficacy of “Plum-blossom needle sticking combined with Pull Aright” and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of patients with idiopathic facial palsy in the convalescence period,so as to provide better therapeutic methods of clinical patients with facial paralysis in convalescence.Methods: According to the clinical treatment,60 cases of patients were collected and randomly assigned into the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients in each group.In the acute phase,the two groups of patients were treated with the same basic western medicine method,the treatment group of plum blossom needle sticking combined with Pull Aright,the control group using conventional acupuncture.The treatment group was treated once a day,every time 30 minutes,6 days a course,rest for 1 day.Plum blossom needle sticking 1 time for every other day,three times a week for a course of treatment,4courses of treatment.The control group was treated twice a day for 30 minutes each time,1rest for 6 days and a course of treatment for 7 days,4 courses of a total treatment.When it is done after 4 courses and before the treatment starting,we used the tables of symptom integral meter and House-Brackmann facial nerve function grading,which to score the level of facial nerve injury in patients.After 4 courses of treatment,the patients in the two groups were examined by facial electromyography velocity,and the amplitude of action potential and the corresponding percentage of amplitude loss were recorded.All statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0software.Results:1.Before the treatment,all patients' baseline data were statistically analyzed.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which had no influence on this topic and was of comparative significance.2.There were significant differences in clinical scale scores between “plum-blossom needle sticking” method group and conventional acupuncture group.After four courses of the treatment,both of the two different treatment methods were effective(P<0.01).3.After the treatment,according to the comparison between the two groups of patients in this study,there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group(96.67%)and the control group(83.33%)(P<0.01),indicating that the total effective rate of “plum-blossom needle sticking” was better than that of the conventional acupuncture treatment group.Conclusion:For convalescent patients,the clinical efficacy of “plum-blossom needle sticking combined with Pull Aright” in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis is significant,which is better than the conventional acupuncture treatment group.
