Clinical Observation Of Kai Yu Hua Tan Jiang Qi Decotion In Treatment With(Syndrome Of Qi Depression And Phlegm Obstruction) In Non-erosive Reflux Disease

Objective:In this study,kaiyu huatan jiangqi decoction was used to treat non-erosive reflux disease with syndrome of qi depression and phlegm obstruction,so as to provide a more effective method for the clinical treatment of this disease,through observing the improving of clinical symptoms of patients and evaluating the effects of the prescription.Methods:The method used in this clinical observation was patients observation before and after treatment,with 45 patients with non-erosive reflux disease who had met the inclusion criteria and had been diagnosed with syndrome of qi depression and phlegm obstruction included in the study,numbering them according to the time order and providing them with oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine kaiyu huatan jiangqi decoction with each dose of 150 milliliter,30 minutes before breakfast and after dinner twice a day for 4 weeks as a regulatory treatment course.After the course of treatment,the changes of the clinical symptoms and detailed symptom scores of the patient before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Next,all the data obtained were collected and processed and analyzed with statistical software SPSS22.0.Finally,the data was summarized and discussed in accordance with the statistical results.Results:In the course of clinical treatment,there were 3 dropout patients and a total of 42 patients completed the study.According to the statistical records after the treatment,the clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms was that 2 cases were recovered(4.76%),3 cases were improved remarkably(11.90%),32 cases were relieved efficiently(76.19%)and 3 cases were invalid(7.14%),thus the effective rate of 92.85%.The total scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were(19.10±3.49,8.40±3.16).After statistical analysis of the data,Z=-5.66,P<0.01,with statistical significance.The scores of the individual symptoms of TCM before and after treatment were respectively throat discomfort,such as phlegm terrier,getting worse when the patients'mood were low(3.19±0.99,1.19±0.99),chest discomfort(3.52±1.31,1.52±0.97),heartburn,acid regurgitation(2.95± 1.10,1.33±0.95),unfavorable swallowing(2.71±0.97,1.29 ± 1.07),hernia or reflux(2.00 ± 0.66,1.02±0.60),hoarseness(1.88±0.83,0.83±0.62),coughing or asthma in the middle of the night(1.24±0.69,0.60±0.50),depression in mood(1.60±1.08,0.62±0.54).The data of the individual points and the total scores of TCM symptoms were analyzed by using statistical analysis,indicating that the P value did not exceed 0.01,with statistical significance.Conclusions:Kaiyu huatan jiangqi decotion has certain clinical curative effect on the treatment of patients with non-erosive reflux disease with syndrome of qi depression and phlegm obstruction.It can significantly reduce the TCM symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
