| Objective:This project aims to study the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and upper abdominal pain syndrome with Yin deficiency liver and stomach discordance.The main clinical symptoms and the main clinical symptoms of 70 patients with Yin deficiency liver and stomach discordance before and after treatment were observed.Secondly,the changes of the symptoms are analyzed and compared with statistical methods to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of Ziyin Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of upper abdominal pain syndrome,and evaluate its safety.Methods:Seventy patients with epigastric pain syndrome with Yin-deficiency liver and stomach discordance type treated by the Department of Spleen and Stomach of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the observation objects,and the clinically collected subjects who met the enrollment criteria were numbered 1 to 70 according to the order of treatment,Using the random number table method,randomly divided into treatment group and control group at a ratio of 1:1,with 35 cases in each group.The experimental group was given oral treatment with Ziyinzhitong Decoction,and the control group was given oral treatment with rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules for 2 weeks.After the course of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:Atment group was 94.26%,and the effective rate of the control group was74.29%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of efficacy and the degree of symptom improvement It is better than the control group.2.In terms of the total scores of TCM symptoms of t In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms,after 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the trehe two groups of patients,the total scores of the test group after2 weeks of treatment decreased more than that of the treatment group(P<0.05),indicating that the test group has a better treatment effect than the control group;4 weeks after stopping the drug The total score of the test group is smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that the test group is better than the control group in terms of long-term efficacy and prognosis.3.On the TCM single symptom and PRO scale,all indicators before treatment are P>0.05,there is no significant difference.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms,gastric epigastric pain,gastric epigastric burning sensation,and bilateral swelling Fullness,upset,dry mouth and throat are better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the test group is better than the control group.In terms of sighing and belching symptoms,statistical analysis shows that the two groups have similar curative effects;the drug was stopped for 4 weeks The latter test group was better than the control group in terms of total TCM symptom scores,dull pain in the gastric cavity,burning sensation in the gastric cavity,upset,dry mouth and throat(P<0.05),indicating that from the perspective of long-term efficacy,the efficacy of the experimental group is in these four It is better than the control group,but P>0.05 on the fullness of the two sides,belching,and sighs.Conclusions : Ziyin Zhitong Decoction is more effective than rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of functional dyspepsia upper abdominal pain syndrome,and the recurrence rate of main symptoms is lower during the follow-up visit.In clinical practice,traditional Chinese medicine is often based on the patient’s physique type and treatment according to different types,with individualized differences,and the results often reflect better results.Patients have few adverse reactions after taking traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment of functional diseases by traditional Chinese medicine is worthy of further promotion in the clinic. |
