Objective:By observing the liver purging fire soup before and after treatment in headache,Headache patients with curative effect grade time,the degree of pain,pain,pain index and syndromes curative effect comparison of the effectiveness of the evaluation of the liver soup of purging fire and safety.Methods:This subject adopts randomized controlled clinical research method.80 patients into the group standard in headache patients,randomly divided into treatment group and control group(40 cases)and treatment group in the liver purging fire soup,control group to Dan Zhi xiaoyao pill treatment.Test plan to observe the time for 6 months,3 months of treatment and follow-up of 3 months(Both groups in 10 days for a period of treatment,in each period 7 days before taking medicine to menstrual cramps 3 days end),All patients with a score before taking the medicine,Drugs again after 3 course of score(The 3 months after)?Record the number of the use of painkillers?And the security indexes such as liver and kidney function were observed.Finally carries on the statistical treatment,to evaluate liver purging fire soup"adjusting treatment in patients with headache clinical effectiveness and safety.Results:(1)the experimental study participants included 80 cases of patients,77 cases of complete test observer,treatment group fall off in 2 cases,control group fall off in 1 case,3.7%of the total loss rate.(2)the headache curative effect comparison:the treatment group 24 cases got cure,8 cases were markedly improved,3 cases without the 3 cases,and the total effective rate was 92%,the control group clinical healing in 2 cases,6 cases had marked effect,10 cases of effective and ineffective 21 cases,the total effective rate was 46%,(P<0.01)difference has significant statistical significance.(3)the degree of pain,pain and pain index is improved,and on the degree of pain and pain index was better than control group,(P<0.01)difference has the remarkable statistical significance;(4)the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect comparison:clinical cure 11 cases in treatment group,21 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 95%,the control group clinical cure 0 cases,7 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effectively,invalid 20 cases,the total effective rate was 49%,(P<0.01)difference has the remarkable statistical significance;(5)safety analysis:not present adverse events observed during the treatment group and control group in 1 case of adverse events of nausea,retching,liver and kidney function in patients with treatment group compared with control group,no statistical significance.Conclusion:Study showed that the liver soup of purging fire basic recovery of the patient's clinical symptoms,treatment group total effective rate,headache index was better than control group,and can improve the quality of survival in patients with no obvious adverse reaction,has a good curative effect and security.
