| Objective: We compared clinic effects between the groups of Chinese medicine and Western medicine control group in this study, from the aspects of the clinical and laboratory data, observation and objective evaluation of Xiaochaihu particles and Xiaoyao Pill, combined with the bridge of Hashimoto patients clinical efficacy and safety and on drug use and the selected source and theoretical basis of drug analysis, proprietary Chinese medicine treatment of Hashimoto's disease provide a new train of thought and objective basis.Methods: According to the randomized control principle of clinical trial, we select 60 cases of clinically diagnosed as Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients that randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group, thirty cases for one group. In treatment, control group: oral selenium yeast capsule meanwhile, two times per day; treatment group: oral Xiaochaihu granules, 10 g each time, twice a day; Xiaoyao Pill, 3g for each time, two times a day, two kinds of medicine in our hospital outpatient dispensing. Two groups were eight weeks for a course of treatment was a course of treatment, all objects before and after treatment were examined by free three iodine thyroid original ammonia acid(FT3), free thyroxine(FT4), promoting hormone(TSH) and thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab),the use of the chemical luminous method, all the patients before and after treatment are syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine. All data were analyzed by SPSS.21.0 statistical software. During the study period dropped out of the study of drug allergies and other adverse reactions.Results: There was no difference between the two groups of age, gender and other general information before treatment, so they can compare(P > 0.05). Before treatment in the two groups of serum peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab) and TCM syndrome integral had no significant difference, with comparable(P > 0.05). After a course of clinical observation of the treatment, the two groups of serum peroxidase antibody concentration(TPO-Ab) in the treatment group before and after contrast were statistically difference(P < 0.05), group compared to no significant difference(P > 0.05). The TCM syndrome integral group compared decreased significantly after treatment, difference has statistical significance(P< 0.01), between group treatment group, the symptom improvement is more obvious, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01). 2-3 TCM efficacy evaluation. In thetreatment group, the total effective rate was 86.7%. The total effective rate was 50% of the control group. The result of the treatment group is better than the control group, and the rank sum test with statistical difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Combined with Chinese patent medicine Xiaochaihu granule and Xiaoyao Pill can reduce the levels of patients with Hashimoto bridges of serum peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab). At the same time, the study observed, selenium yeast capsules in reducing TPO-Ab titers also obvious curative effect. But in the improvement of clinical symptoms, the combination of Chinese patent medicine has a significant advantage, and fewer side effects. Suggesting that combined use of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in reducing bridge Hashimoto serum peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab) levels and improve the clinical symptoms have a good effect, and safety coefficient is high. |
