Clinical Observation Of Tiaogan Jiangya Pill Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Essential Hypertension With Irascibility Hyperactive Type

Objective: To observe the effect of tiaogan jiangya pill combined with acupoint application on the blood pressure,total therapeutic effect of blood pressure reduction,24-hour dynamic blood pressure and TCM syndrome score of grade 1 and 2 patients with primary hypertension(hyperactive liver fire type).Methods:Choice conforms to the inclusion criteria of heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular two primary hypertension 1,level 2(something KangSheng)in hospitalized patients,a total of 80 cases,according to randomized controlled method is divided into control group and treatment group,control group taking valsartan capsules,on the basis of control group and treatment group with liver step-down pills,acupoint sticking,40 cases in each group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of blood pressure,total therapeutic effect of hypotension,24 h ambulate blood pressure and TCM syndrome score in the clinic of the two groups were recorded,and the data were statistically analyzed and processed.Results:1.Diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the clinic decreased after treatment in the two groups,and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while the comparison between the treatment group and the treatment group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.01).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 92.50%in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group.Compared with the control group,the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.All indexes of ambulate blood pressure were improved at 24 hours after treatment in the two groups,and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),while the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.01).4.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of patients in both groups decreased,and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Tiaogan jiangya pill combined with acupoint application can reduce the blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension in the clinic.2.Tiaogan jiangya pill combined with acupoint application can improve the total therapeutic effect of blood pressure reduction in patients.3.Tiaogan jiangya pill combined with acupoint application can reduce the dynamic blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension.4.Tiaogan jiangya pill combined with acupoint application can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with essential hypertension.
