Objective:This research is to investigate the exposure level of TCS,BPA in infertile female and analyze the association between the exposure level of TCS,BPA and female infertility and clinical outcome.Method:1.254 cases of urines in women with endocrine disorders or tubal infertility in the Reproductive Medical Center of Women's Hospital of Zhejiang Univeristy School of Medicine were collected.2.HPLC-MS/MS was applied to test the concentration of TCS,BPA in urine cases.3.The correlations of the concentration of TCS,BPA with the endocrine abnormalities, clinical outcomes of IVF,including number of oocytes,fertilization,high-quality embryos, pregnancy, abortion, premature delivery and term birth,in infertile female were examinedResult1.The average concentration in the urine samples were TCS1.84ng/ml,and BPA10.lng/ml;and creatinine adjusted concentration were TCS5.17ug/g CREA and BPA 25.45ug/g CREA.2.Statistical results:2.1 Urinary TCS concentration after creatinine adjusted was significantly higher in the endocrine infertility group compared to the tubal infertility group(P<0.05).But there were no significant difference of the urinary BPA concentration ages and BMIs between those two groups(P>0.05).2.2 Urinary TCS concentration after creatinine adjusted was significantly higher in non-pregnancy group compared to the clinical pregnancy group(P<0.05).There were no significant correlation found between the urinary concentration of TCS after creatinine adjusted and number of oocytes, fertilization rate and high-quality embryo rate(P>0.05).Also it was not found the correlation between the urinary concentration of BPA after creatinine adjusted and clinical pregnancy, number of oocytes, fertilization rate and high-quality embryo rate(P>0.05).2.3 It was found that urinary TCS concentration after creatinine adjusted was significantly different between the term birth group and the premature and abortion groups(P<0.05).The urinary concentration of BPA after creatinine adjusted were no significant different among those three group(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.TCS exposure may affect female infertility by endocrine disruption.2.TCS exposure may reduce clinical pregnancy rate.3.TCS exposure may affect pregnancy outcomes, including miscarriage and preterm birth.
