Objective:To investigate the relationship between the quality of human frozen-thawed embryo and early clinical pregnancy outcome.Methods:After having retrospectively analyzed the relative study of 738 frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET)patients' after vitrification,we divide them into four groups,according to the' number of quality embryo transfer and the damage' degree of blastomere and whether or not transplanted embryos containing 8-embryonic cells and the number of 8-embryonic cells,to compare differences between' early Clinical pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate relatively.Results:(1)The early pregnancy rates in the groups of transplanting two quality embryos are relatively higher than groups of transplanting zero and one(P<0.05),basically the same as the groups of transplanting three;for multiple pregnancy rate,there are no statistical'differences among four groups.(2)There are no statistical' differences among groups in complete transplanting,damage transplanting and combined damage transplanting.(3)The early Clinical pregnancy rates are significantly higher in groups transplanting8-cell embryo than groups transplanting 6-7 or 9-13(P < 0.05),and there are no statistical' differences in multiple pregnancy rate.(4)The implantation rate and the early clinical pregnancy rate are significantly higher in groups transplanting two 8-cellembryos than groups transplanting zero and one(P<0.05);the multiple pregnancy rates are significantly higher in groups transplanting three 8 cell embryos than groups transplanting zero(P<0.05),there is no statistical significance in other groups.Conclusion:The number of quality transplanted embryo in FET and number of 8-cell embryo are important factors influencing the early clinical pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate;embryo damage has no obvious influence on the early clinical pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate.Therefore,to make sure the early clinical pregnancy rate and reduce multiple pregnancy rate simultaneously,transplant at least one quality embryo or one 8-cell embryo in FET.
