TST Joint Research On The Application Of Mixed Hemorrhoid External Piles Resection

Objective:The TST joint research on the application of mixed hemorrhoid e xternal piles resection.Method:Yinchuan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and anus bowel d-ivision in 2016~2017 meets the criteria for the 60 cases of hospitalize-d patients with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In TST combined external piles group 30 cases of treatment,the control group with traditional mixed hemorrhoid external s-trip in treatment.Two groups of patients with preoperative postoperative treatment methods are the same.On two groups of patients the time requir-ed for the operation with intraoperative blood loss,comparing the two gr-oups of patients with postoperative 1,3,5,and 7 days postoperative compl-ications(pain,edema,anal belly,anus function)grading records,and the index and result analysis,hospitalization days of patients.A month after surgery in patients with two groups of curative effect of grading to dore-cord.The results of the above data were analyzed and the mixed hemorrhoi-ds were studied by TST combined hemorrhoidectomy.Results:TST combined resection of the external piles of intraoperatie blo-od loss less than traditional mixed hemorrhoid external strip inside the firm(P<0.05).Two groups of patients in postoperative urine retention,di-fferent level the difference has no statistical significance.Two groups of patients had surgery pain,edema,anus function is statistically signify-cant(P<0.05),Occurred on the two groups of patients with postoperative a-nal the belly,but days 1,3,5 experimental group than control group obvio-usly,the postoperative day 7 two groups of patients with no significant difference(P>0.05).Patients average operation time of 36.08 min,controls t-he average operation time of 44.80 min,compared the two groupswas statist-ically difference(P<0.05).The patient's hospitalization days,on average,7.03 days,controls the average hospitalization days of patients with 11.80 days,compared the two groups have statistical difference(P<0.05).The operative efficacy of the experimental group and control group after one m-onth score is no statistical difference.Conclusion:Two methods of surgical treatment effect is similar.TST combin-ed resection of the external piles applied in the patients with mixed he-morrhoid postoperative complications is superior to the traditional oute-rpeel in surgery,the surgical methods good curative effect,less pain,sh-orter hospitalization time,It can be applied selectively to the clinic.
