The Clinical Observation On Treating The Mixed Hemorrhoid With Tandem TaoZa Method Combined With External Piles

Objective:Compared with the traditional Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, the essay is to observe the clinical importance of Tandem TaoZa method combined with external piles on treating the mixed hemorrhoid such as shorting the operation time,reducing the incidence of complications after surgery,to select the optimization of clinical treatment of the mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:61cases of Ⅱ、Ⅲ degree mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into2groups,31cases in the treatment group,30cases in the control group. The treatment group underwent Tandem TaoZa method combined with external piles, while the control group received traditional Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Observed two groups of operation time, complications, the clinical effect, follow-up recurrence rate. All data were analyzed with SPSS17.0software.Results:There were no statistical differences in the overall curative effect after operation in the two groups (p>0.05), the recent curative effect of the two groups were no obvious difference.With postoperative follow-up of3months, there are no recurrence, no difference between the long curative effect in two groups of patients.There were statistical differences between the two groups in operation time (p<0.05), treatment group operation are more simple.There were significant differences between the two groups in the postoperative anal pain, anal edema, postoperative urinary retention (p<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclution:There was no obvious difference in the clinical curative effect,the recurrence rate in the two kinds of operation method on the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid. Compared with the traditional Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, tandem TaoZa method combined external piles resection is a kind of minimally invasive surgery with anus anatomy physiology, small trauma,and it has the advantages of shorter operation time, lighter postoperative complications, so it is a kind of more effective in the treatment of Ⅱ、Ⅲ degree mixed hemorrhoid surgery.
