To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of The Surgical Method Which Precise Involutorv Flap After Stripping External Piles And Then Ligature Internal Piles In The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:On the basis of Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, we are seeking for a surgical method to treat the mixed hemorrhoids which with a curative effect, short healing time, fewer complications and does not affect the anus function?Methods:Gather sixty patients which suffered mixed hemorrhoids in anorectal department of the affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2014 december to 2015 december. Sixty patients were randomly assigned to two groups, the observation group and the contrast group,30 cases in each group. The observation group used the surgical method which precise involutory flap after stripping external piles and then ligature internal piles. The control group adopted the surgical procedure of external dissection & internal ligation. Observed and recorded the situation of curative effect, anus function, postoperative edema, degree of postoperative pain, wound healing time, blood loss, postoperative wound infection, postoperative urine and anal skin tags legacy of the two groups. The results of the observation group and control group carried out a statistical analysis.Results:There was not statistical significance between the two groups in curative effect, blood loss, postoperative wound infection, postoperative urination, anal function. The observation group was prior to contrast group, in postoperative pain degree, postoperative edema, wound healing time and anal skin tags legacy.Conclusion:Precise involutory flap in the surgical procedure of external dissection & internal ligation could obtain satisfactory clinical effect, in particular, the advantages in the aspects of shortening wound healing time, reducing postoperative pain and edema and skin tags legacy. It is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
