| Objective: To objectively evaluate validity, security and practicability of “Clinical observation of postoperative complications for controlling circumferentialmixed hemorrhoi dby Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy united with Internal sphincter resection”.Method: Analyze a total of 63 patients hospitalized for circumferential mixedhem orrhoid from department of Anorectal of the first hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from February 2014 to December 2014. Thetreatment group carries out Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy united with internal sphincter resection, and th e control group carries out simple Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Tell the postope rative complications which two kinds of operation will arise, and let patients choose with knowledge of the situation. Then choose the treatment group and the control gr oup randomly from the patients choosing different operative methods. Compare postope rative pain, edema, urinary retention, anal stenosis and healing time of two groups of patients.Result: Hospitalization time and healing time in two groups of cases haveno stati stical significance in statistics(p>0.05), but have statistical significance in postoperative complications(pain, edema, urinary retention, anal stenosis). The treatment group is bet ter than the control group.Conclusion: Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy united with internal sphincterresecti on can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative pain, edemaurinary retention,and anal stenosis. It is excellent for operation, curative effectand safety. |
