The Clinical Effect Observation About Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Of The Cold Dampness Type Treated By Guizhi Add Gegen Decoction

Objective:By Guizhi Add Gegen Decoction combined with cervical traction, medium frequency pulse with oral administration of Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules combined with cervical traction, medium frequency pulse contrast study of the curative effect of treating wind cold dampness type of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of Guizhi Add Gegen Decoction in the treatment of cold dampness type of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:60 cases of wind cold dampness type of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy research object from September 2015 to January 2016 in the Department of orthopedics of our hospital, divided into Guizhi Add Gegen Decoction group and Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules group, each of 30 cases. The two groups before and after treatment by visual analogue scale (VAS), Tanaka Yasuku signs function score was evaluated, and the statistical analysis.Results:(1)The overall efficacy of the two groups was compared, P>0.05, there was no significant difference in the overall efficacy of the two groups; but the clinical control rate and the effective rate of the treatment group were slightly higher than that of the control group.(2) Compare the VAS scores after treatment in two groups, P<0.05, it showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the remission of pain; Compare symptoms and signs of Tanaka Yasuku function score in two groups, P>0.05, no obvious symptoms and signs that Tanaka Yasuku function score between the two groups after treatment, but the treatment group symptoms and signs of the function is superior to the control group.(3) Compare the recurrence rate after 1,2 months, P>0.05; Compare the recurrence rate after 3 months, P<0.05, the long term effect of the control group was better than that of the treatment group.Conclusion:Guizhi Add Gegen Decoction to improve the wind cold dampness type of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy clinical symptoms, signs and relieve pain obviously. TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treatment has a positive guiding role.
