Study On The Health Management Cognition And Demands Of Hearing Disabled People In Urumqi,Xinjiang

Objective: To master the cognition and demand of health management of hearing disabled people in Urumqi,Xinjiang,and put forward the solution,that is,the feasible way to design the health management of hearing disabled people.Methods: On the basis of literature research,using random sampling method,selected Xinjiang Urumqi 1,126 certified hearing disabled as the survey questionnaire,statistical analysis of data using statistical software.Results: A total of 1,000 valid questionnaires were obtained in this survey: 1)among the 1,000 hearing disabled people,in terms of the cognitive status of health management,the majority of the population showed a severe lack of cognition,and only 10.7% of people were aware of it;2)in terms of health management needs,56% of people believe that there is a healthy management needs,while in the health needs of the project needs the highest health examination;3)on the path of health management services,the highest demand is the family doctor,followed by social care services and the internet.Conclusion: The awareness of hearing disability health management and acceptance is not high,but the potential demand has existed;health management service project scope is narrow,to further intensify propaganda,correctly guide the demand,hierarchical management;from the aspects of government,community and social organizations together,explore a feasible way to establish hearing disabilities health management.
