After graduating from medical students education is the organic composition of resident standardization training,can carry on the training of high level clinical doctors,so as to make the medical treatment quality improvement.SZ city as the research object,this paper use qualitative methods such as interviews,questionnaires,statistical analysis,comprehensive understanding of the current situation of resident standardization training,residency training satisfaction and influence factors,such as resident standardization training of foreign developed countries of resident standardization training experience,and overall,comparing the characteristics of medical education as compare with foreign countries,to draw lessons from the advanced experience and practice,from the construction of a Chinese resident standardization training system and the current problems such as about the present situation of resident standardization training,aiming at the difficulties existed in the process of resident standardization training.Including the specific content of the research on the training base of understanding,understanding of resident basic situation,standardized system of hospital medical residents satisfaction,etc.Inadequate training and poor training;the training system is not sound and the students and teachers are not motivated.the authority of the department is not clear and the division of labor is unclear;training effect of feedback system is not sound,the training and examination,and problems were analyzed,and puts forward the SZ city should pay attention to medical ethics training resident standardization training and scientific research ability of innovation culture;to improve the training policy,we should improve the income of resident doctors,establish incentives and guarantee mechanisms,and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.To improve the management consciousness of the organization,to improve the management of the organization and to make clear the responsibility of organizational management in the improvement of organizational management system;to establish the training evaluation system,select the appropriate appraisal method,strengthen the process appraisal management and so on the improvement strategy.
