Objective:To further improve the floating population maternal perinatal health care,protect the health of pregnant women of floating population,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,ensure the eugenics,the floating population maternal perinatal health care more and more standardized management.In this study,through literature research,the combination of the relevant norms,the use of community participation mode of management of pregnant women in a community of floating population in Wuxi City,to understand the impact of community participation pattern of the floating population maternal and perinatal health care.Materials and methods:The floating population of pregnant women in the community health service center of a street,which was the largest in the area,was selected as the research object.2013-2014 years of community management has been closed after 487 migrant pregnant women for the study group,with 398 years of failed 2010-2011 among the migrant community participation management has been closed as control.By means of questionnaire before and after the intervention of perinatal health indicators data collected for statistical processing and analysis of data by SPSS21.0 statistical software,count data case number(n)or percentage(%),using the chi square test analysis.Results:The two groups had no statistically significant degree,age,parity data difference(P >0.05);the study group of maternal early pregnancy rate of 81.72% copies,46.98% in the control group;the study group received more than 5 prenatal examination rate was 71.66%,53.52% in the control group;the study group seized the early gestational age < 12 week83.16%,the control group study group 48.49%;perinatal health knowledge rate 74.13%,58.79% in control group;group postpartum examination rate of 72.01%,39.45% in the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.0001).Analysis of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group and the control group: a study of lowbirth weight rate of 1.85%.4.02% in the control group;the study group macrosomia rate was 1.64%,control group 5.03%,two groups of data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Model of community participation in the management of the floating population of antenatal care utilization has been significantly improved,the model is worth summarizing and perfecting and promotion.
