A Clinical Observation On Abdominal Mirabilite External Auxiliary Effect For The Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Functional Recovery Of Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:Acute pancreatitis is a common disease in the clinical work, its characteristics is urgent and developing rapidly, easy to turn into a severe acute pancreatitis, its mortality is high.Gastrointestinal function recovers or not, when to restores, in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, plays a critical role in the process of clinical practice, traditional Chinese medicine in the role of the gastrointestinal function recovery of acute pancreatitis, achieved broad consensus.Combined with our department, we implemented the clinical research, to observe the mirabilite abdominal external treatment in the role of the gastrointestinal function recovery of acute pancreatitis.Methods:Collected in August 2012 to August 2015, the seventh people's hospital in suzhou general surgery clinical in hospitalized patients diagnosed as acute pancreatitis,a total of 60 cases,according to the principle of randomization, we divided patients into two groups, In the control group were 18 males and 12 females; aged 28-66 years Old, mean (42.56±6.23) years old; course of the disease 1-11h, average (4.89±2.53) h. The treatment group 17 males and 13 females; aged 27-67 years old, mean (43.39±6.01) years Old; course of the disease1-12h, average (4.93±2.62) h. Statistical comparison of two sets of basic information, no significant difference (P> 0.05). In the control group were only western medicine comprehensive treatment, the treatment group were given western medicine comprehensive treatment,while given the mirabilite abdominal external treatment.Monitoring (1)treatment efficiency (2)recovery time of white blood cells and serum amylase(3) the anus exhaust and defecation time for the first time.(4) the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the abdomen reduce time.(5) APACCHE ? score changes after treatment.Results:The treatment group and control group in which (1)treatment efficiency(2)recovery time of white blood cells and serum amylase(3) the anus exhaust and defecation time for the first time.(4) the clinical symptoms and physical signs of the abdomen reduce time.(5) APACCHE ? score changes after treatment,have significant differences (p< 0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion:Through the clinical observation of two years, abdominal mirabilite external treatment with western medicine comprehensive treatment which can accelerate gastrointestinal functional recovery of acute pancreatitis have been further confirmed.Chinese medicine source of mirabilite is simple, inexpensive, and abdominal mirabilite external treatment is easy to operate,therefore, abdominal mirabilite external treatmentof gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by acute pancreatitis is very worthy of clinical use.
