Purpose:This topic applied the method of literature and retrospective study,analyzing abdominal postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function of xingqitongfu class Chinese traditional medicine.It provided the reference basis for the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on clinical abdominal post-operation.Methods:1.A literature studyAfter the retrieval of VIP,CNKI,CBM,Pudmed,it collected and compared the trial result of oral small bell in 2004-2014 on the clinical recovery function of the gas soup of abdominal gastrointestinal post-operation.It assessed the bias risk of 5.2 methodological quality by means of Cochrane through RevMan 5.2 Meta analysis.2.A retrospective clinical studyAccording to the retrospective survey between January 2011 and April 2013 of 300 cases of patients after abdominal surgery patients in Chinese Medicine Hospital in Guangdong Province,recorded of the use of qi class Chinese medicine in patients with abdominal postoperative summarize the use of qi class Chinese medicine after abdominal surgery.Results:1.A literature studyThrough literature retrieval and eliminating duplicate documents,864 papers had been found.According to exclusion criteria,and ultimately 19 papers had been accepted into randomized controlled document,with Meta-analysis evaluating the efficacy of dachengqitang?xiaochengqitang and simotang of gastrointestinal function recovery,which was the representative of qi class Chinese medicine.Compared with abdominal postoperative routine western medicine treatment,dachengqitang,xiaochengqitang and simotang in a shortened bowel sound recovery time,anus exhaust,defecation time,a shorter time of body temperature returned to normal had an advantage(P<0.05).2.A retrospective clinical study(1)In 300 cases,the first postoperative syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine of 121 cases were relieving gas barrier,accounting for 47.6%of all cases of traditional Chinese medicine.(2)In 300 cases,simotang had been used for 57 times,xiaochengqitang has been used 37 times,dachengqitang had been used as a enema for 7 times.(3)In 300 cases,the frequency of postoperative qi class Chinese medicine from high to low was:Immature Bitter Orang,Mangnolia officinalis,Fructus Auranti,Root of Combined Spicebush,Chinese Eaglewood,Radix Aucklandiae.Conclusion:1.A literature studySystem evaluation research showed:dachengqitang,xiaoochengqitang and ximotang for abdominal postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery was effective,but the quality of literature methodology was low,which had potential publication bias.For the further objective evaluation of efficacy and safety of xingqitongfu to treat gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery,high quality clinical research was needed in the future.2.A retrospective clinical study(1)Abdominal postoperative patients with TCM syndrome classification was given priority to FU QI being robstructed syndrome,so simotang,xiaochengqitang and dachengqitang had been used more.(2)The frequency of postoperative qi class Chinese medicine from high to low was:Immature Bitter Orang,Mangnolia officinalis,Fructus Auranti,Root of Combined Spicebush,Chinese Eaglewood,Radix Aucklandiae.
