Observation of 2 clinical symptoms, signs and changes in the total number of white blood cells, blood amylase, urine amylase, CRP target. Periodic review of the pancreas CT, observation of morphological changes of pancreatic.Results:(1) The Markedly effective rate in treatment group (93.33%) was higher than that in control group(66.67%, P<0.05).(2) The symptom score was obviously lower in treatment group compared to which of control group(3)WBC concentration in treatment group(5.65±1.43×109/L) had descended compared to which of control group (8.09±2.14×109/L, P<0.05) .(4) CRP concentration in treatment group(7.16±4.41 mg/L) had descended compared to which of control group (24.52±12.34 mg/L, P<0.05)(5) Urine amylase concentration in treatment group(81.75±42.20 U/L) had descended compared to which of control group (363.94±295.15 U/L, P<0.05)(6) Blood amylase concentration in treatment group(20.48±10.59 U/L) had descended compared to which of control group (372.63±245.57 U/L, P<0.05)Conclusion: Reynoutria soup combined with Mirabilite of external intervention in acute biliary pancreatitis inflammatory response of the efficacy and safety assessment.
