| Objective:Inspection of combined drug therapy in the treatment of mumps ultrashort wave, to explore the influence factors of treatment outcome and to develop practical strategies and measures of prevention and control of mumps provided the scientific basis.Method:To select 300 cases patients with mumps in the hospital of Qiqihar from 2013 to 2014, including in the contrast group(simple drug treatment) to select randomly174 cases, in the treatment group(ultrashort wave combined drug therapy) to select randomly 126 cases. The contrast group using antiviral drugs in the treatment of Western Medicine and use Jinhuang Powder and vinegar stir into paste, paste once a day. The treatment group on the basis of the control group of drug treatment to application of DL-C(five) for the treatment of patients with Ultrashort Wave Electrotherapy Machine. Observe the therapeutic effect of thetwo groups of patients, and explore the factors influencing the treatment effect. Using Epidata3.0 for data entry and SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The ultrashort wave combined drug therapy group and simple drug treatment group of patients with no statistically significant difference were observed in the general data comparison(P>0.05), the data were of good comparison.2.The ultrashort wave combined drug therapy group and simple drug treatment group patients with length of hospital stay, cost of treatment, parotid gland swelling time after admission, urine amylase index at discharge, blood amylase index at discharge, and white blood cell count at discharge were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.The cure rate of ultrashort wave combined drug therapy groupwas 98.4%, the cure rate of simple drugtreatment group was 79.3%, the difference was statistically significant(2x =24.106,P<0.001).4.Mumps multivariate Logistic regression analysis results showed that not toapply ultrashort wave therapy、have complications before admission and have complications after admissionare the important factors affecting the mumps treatment outcome.5.The mumps multivariate Logistic regression analysis of ultrashort wave combined drug therapy group showed that complications after admission is one of the important factors affecting the mumps treatment outcome. And mumps multivariate Logistic regression analysis of simple drug treatment group showed that women and have complications before admission is one of the important factors affecting the mumps treatment outcome. Conclusion: 1.Application of ultrashortwaves combined with medication therapy group and medicine treatment group hospitalization time and discharge biochemical indicators are different. The application of ultrashort waves combined with medication therapy group is better than medicine treatment group in effrct.2.Application of ultrashort waves combined with medication therapy is better than medicine treatment. Application of ultrashort waves combined with medication therapy can improve the cure rate of mumps.3.Whether the application of ultrashort wave therapy is factors affecting of outcome mumps treatment, application of ultrashort wave therapy is beneficial for treatment of mumps, it is worthy being popularized and applied.4.After admission, complications are the influence factors of group of mumps treatment outcome of ultrashort waves combined with medication therapy, patients with complications is not conducive to the treatment of mumps, we should take effective measures to prevent complications.5.Sex and whether complication before admission is the influence factors of medicine treatment group outcome of mumps. Patients with complications are not conducive to the treatment of mumps, which need to prevent and control the occurrence of complications in a timely manner.Ultrashort wave therapy combined with medicine therapy has a good clinical effect for mumps patients, it has the advantages of quick effect, reduce the pain of patients, shorten the course of disease in patients with clinical features, It should be widely used in clinical trials, to provide an important prevention and control strategies for the treatment of mumps in the future. complications. |
