Sanitation Examination Analysis Of Beauty And Hair Salons For Six Districts/cities In Jilin Province From 2013 To 2015

Objective:This monitoring aims at providing a scientific basis for strengthening supervision over public health places, helping the operators of public places to strengthen self-management, preventing accidents hazardous to health happening in beauty salons and barbershops, ensuring the health security of beauty salons and barbershops and protect public heath after mastering the overall situation and its dynamic change trend of public place health of 6 cities and counties in Jilin Province by knowing the hygiene status of urban beauty salons and barbershops of 6 cities and counties in Jilin Province.Method:It was conducted according to the relevant requirements of Law of the people's Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Infections Diseases, Regulations on Health Management of Public Places and other laws and regulations, regular health monitoring requirements in Standard for Hygiene Monitoring Technology of Public Places(GB/T 17220-1998) and Section 1-6 of Health Inspection Methods for Public Places(GB/T 18204.1-2013, GB/T 18204.2-2014, GB/T 18204.3-2013, GB/T 18204.4-2013, GB/T 18204.5-2013, GB/T 18204.6-2013), Standard Inspection Methods for Public Place Health(GB/T 18204.1-2000~GB/T 18204.30-2000)and Inhalable Particles(PM 10)in the Air of Public Places-Light Scattering Method(WS/T 206-2001).Result:From 2013 to 2015, air quality and tool health status of 111 beauty salons and barbershops of 6 cities and counties in Jilin Province were monitored.Through the summary, it is found that air quality of beauty salons and barbershops for three years: 832 samples among 5 items of air quality of beauty salons and barbershops in 6 cities and counties were monitored in 2013, and 761 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 91.5%); 870 samples among 5 items of air quality of beauty salons and barbershops in 6 cities and counties were monitored in 2014, and 858 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 98.6%); 870 samples among 5 items of air quality of beauty salons and barbershops in 6 cities and counties were monitored in 2015, and 864 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 99.3%).Hair dressing and beauty tool health monitoring of beauty salons and barbershops: 254 samples among 2 items of hair dressing and beauty tools of beauty salons and barbershops were monitored in 2013, and 254 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 100%); 216 samples among 2 items of hair dressing and beauty tools of beauty salons and barbershops were monitored in 2014, and 216 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 100%); 180 samples among 2 items of hair dressing and beauty tools of beauty salons and barbershops were monitored in 2015, and 180 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 100%).Towel health monitoring of beauty salons and barbershops: totally 366 samples among 3 items of beauty salons and barbershops towels were monitored in 2013, and 361 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 98.6%); totally 306 samples among 3 items of beauty salons and barbershops' towels were monitored in 2014, and 300 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 98%). Totally 297 samples among 3 items of beauty salons and barbershops' towels were monitored in 2015, and 297 samples were qualified(percent of pass was 100%).Conclusion:1. Monitoring percent of pass of 6 cities and counties in Jilin Province from 2013 to 2015 was increased year by year and the overall monitoring percent of pass was more than 98% in 2014 and 2015, which indicated that the overall health level of beauty salons and barbershops was good.2. The air quality among 5 items of beauty salons and barbershops in Jilin Province were monitored from 2013 to 2015. Except the percent of pass of formaldehyde content and carbon dioxide content in air in 2013 was relatively low, and the percent of pass of other items was comparatively high.3. The overall percent of pass of tool monitoring for beauty salons and barbershops in Jilin Province were relatively high from 2013 to 2015, and the percent of pass in the 3 years was 100%.4. Towel index among 3 items of beauty salons and barbershops in Jilin Province were monitored from 2013 to 2015. The percent of pass of the total number of bacteria was relatively low. The overall percent of pass decreased in 2013 and 2014 and the percent of pass of total number of bacteria was comparatively low.
