Objective:We investigated the levels of nine elements in the population of some areas of jilin province to describe the exposure characteristics of nine elements in the population,including chromium,manganese,cobalt,arsenic,selenium,molybdenum,cadmium,lead and mercury.To provide basic data for the assessment of human element load level.Methods:In this study,576 people aged 3 to 79 years old in 4 urban areas of jilin province were selected as subjects by means of cluster random sampling in 2016-2017,the blood and urine samples of each object of study were collected.The levels of chromium,manganese,cobalt,arsenic,selenium,molybdenum,cadmium,lead and mercury in blood and urine were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the effects of different gender,age,occupation and living habits?smoking and drinking?on the levels of various elements in blood and urine were analyzed.SPSS18.0statistical software was used for statistical analysis.The the count data were described by rate and percentile(P50,P75,P90,P95),and the measurement data were described by geometric mean?95%CI?.Comparison between groups were adopted by Mann-Whitney U inspection?the test value is Z?or Kruskal-Wallis H inspection?the test value isc2?.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the logarithmic transformation of the elements in blood and urine,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1?The geometric mean values of chromium,manganese,cobalt,arsenic,selenium,molybdenum,cadmium,lead and mercury in the whole blood of the investigated population were 0.38 g/L,10.07 g/L,0.06 g/L,0.39 g/L,70.85 g/L,0.28 g/L,0.23 g/L,15.26 g/L,0.62 g/L,respectively.The geometric mean values of chromium,manganese,cobalt,arsenic,selenium,molybdenum,cadmium,lead and mercury in urine were 0.27g/L,0.14 g/L,0.19 g/L,17.43 g/L,11.78 g/L,27.42 g/L,0.14 g/L,0.33 g/L,0.09 g/L,respectively.2?The difference between different gender groups in Urine chromium,blood manganese,blood cobalt,urine cobalt,urine arsenic,urine selenium,urine molybdenum,blood lead,urine lead,blood mercury,urine mercury was statistically significant?P<0.05?,the urine chromium,urine arsenic,urine selenium,urine molybdenum,blood lead,urine lead,blood mercury,urine mercury of male were higher than female,and the blood manganese,blood cobalt,urine cobalt of male were lower than female;The difference between different age groups in Blood manganese,blood cobalt,urine cobalt,blood arsenic,urine arsenic,blood selenium,urine selenium,blood molybdenum,blood cadmium,urine cadmium,blood lead,urine lead,blood mercury was statistically significant?P<0.05?,the levels of blood manganese,blood cobalt and urine cobalt decreased with age,while the levels of blood arsenic,urine arsenic,blood selenium,urine selenium,blood cadmium,urine cadmium,blood lead,urine lead and blood mercury first increased and then decreased with age,while the levels of blood molybdenum first decreased and then increased with age.There were statistically significant differences in blood chromium,blood manganese,urine manganese,urine cobalt,blood arsenic,urine arsenic,blood selenium,blood molybdenum,urine molybdenum,blood cadmium,urine cadmium,blood lead,urine lead,and blood mercury among different occupational groups?P<0.05?,The levels of blood chromium,urine selenium,urine molybdenum and urine lead in the unemployed people were higher,while the levels of blood selenium were lower;The blood manganese and urine cobalt levels of the students were higher,and the blood cadmium,urine cadmium,blood lead and urine lead levels were lower;The levels of blood arsenic,blood selenium,blood molybdenum,blood cadmium,blood lead,blood mercury and blood chromium,urine arsenic and urine selenium in agricultural,forestry,pastoral and fishery populations were relatively high;The levels of arsenic and cadmium in the urine of retired people were higher,while the levels of manganese,cobalt,arsenic,molybdenum,molybdenum and mercury were lower;The blood cobalt level of smokers was higher than that of non-smokers,and the levels of urinary chromium,urine cobalt,blood arsenic,urine arsenic,blood selenium,blood cadmium and urine cadmium were lower than that of non-smokers?P<0.05?;The blood cobalt level of drinkers was higher than that of non-drinkers,and the levels of urinary chromium,blood arsenic,urine arsenic,blood selenium,blood cadmium and urine cadmium were lower than that of non-drinkers?P<0.05?.3?Blood chromium and urine chromium,blood manganese and urine manganese,blood cobalt and urine cobalt,blood arsenic and urine arsenic,blood selenium and urine selenium,blood molybdenum and urine molybdenum,blood cadmium and urine cadmium,blood lead and urine lead were correlated?P<0.05?,blood chromium and urine chromium,blood manganese and urine manganese were negatively correlated,blood cobalt and urine cobalt,blood arsenic and urine arsenic,blood selenium and urine selenium,blood molybdenum and urine molybdenum,blood cadmium and urine cadmium,blood lead and urine lead were positively correlated.Conclusion:1?In some areas of jilin province,the levels of essential trace elements selenium in blood and urine are relatively high,while the levels of chromium,manganese,cobalt and molybdenum are relatively low.The levels of arsenic,cadmium,lead and mercury are all low.2?Gender may be the influence factors of chromium,manganese,cobalt,selenium,molybdenum,arsenic,lead,mercury in the blood and urine.Age may be the influence factors of manganese,cobalt,selenium,molybdenum,arsenic,cadmium,lead,mercury in the blood and urine.Occupations may be the influence factors of chromium,manganese,cobalt,selenium,molybdenum,arsenic,cadmium,lead,mercury.Smoking may be the influence factors of chromium,cobalt,selenium,arsenic,cadmium.Drinking may be the influence factors of chromium,cobalt,selenium,arsenic,cadmium.3?Blood chromium and urine chromium,blood manganese and urine manganese were negatively correlated,blood cobalt and urine cobalt,blood arsenic and urine arsenic,blood selenium and urine selenium,blood molybdenum and urine molybdenum,blood cadmium and urine cadmium,blood lead and urine lead were positively correlated.
