Objective To observe the Moxibustion du meridian four point plus Dao Yin Exercise treat the youth neck type cervical spondylosis of clinical efficacy; Use of multi-cervial unit for the youth cervical spondylosis neck muscle force and position sense testing, analyze the impact of moxibustion Du four points Combined with cervical neck Daoyin young patients with cervical neck muscle strength and position sense. Methods Using randomized trials to design programs, and divided the 60 youth patients who meet the inclusion criteria into two groups, which are treatment group and control group,30 patients in each. The treatment group are treated with the Moxibustion du meridian four point plus Dao Yin Exercise while the control group use of dao yin exercise. Assessment Content: After treatment, clinical efficacy,VAS scale, cervical isometric cervical muscle strength and position sense.Statistical analysis:(1)Establishing a database with Excel after data collection and collation, using SPSS 17.0 statistical package for statistical analysis, setting P<0.05 as significant difference;(2)Indicating measurement data with mean±standard deviation (x±s), and Independent sample T-Test.(3)count data expressed in percentage terms, compared with chi-square test;(4)Comparison of the two groups before and after treatment neck muscle strength and position sense changes with Independent sample T-Test.Results:1.After a course of treatment and comparing two groups' clinical effect,we detected that the effective rate of them were 92.10% and 89.29%,the cure rate of them were 34.48% and 25.00%.There were not significant differences between both the effective rate and the cure rate of the two groups (P>0.05).2.After a course of treatment, In VAS scale compared before treatment in two groups, there was a significant differences (P<0.05); There were not significant differences in VAS scale of the two groups (P>0.05)3.After a course of treatment, there was a significant differences (P<0.05) before the treatment group in extension, Left and right Lateral flexion isometric maximal strength and neck position sense, there was a significant differences (P<0.05) before the control group in extension,Left and right Lateral flexion isometric maximal strength and neck position sense.4. Before the treatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups in the maximum of isometric muscle strength and neck position sense. After a course of treatment, there was a significant differences (P<0.05)in the two groups of the maximum of the isometric muscle strength of extension, right Lateral flexion and neck position sense.Conclusion:1. Compare the Moxibustion du meridian four point plus Dao Yin Exercise with dao yin exercise to treat the type of cervical spondylosis youth patients for one course, it is observed that both of them have obvious curative effect, there was no significant difference.2. Compare the Moxibustion du meridian four point plus Dao Yin Exercise with dao yin exercise to treat the type of cervical spondylosis youth patients for one course, it is observed that both of them have effect in neck muscle force, but the Moxibustion du meridian four point plus Dao Yin Exercise have better treatment effect than dao yin exercise, there was a significant effect.3. Compare the Moxibustion du meridian four point plus Dao Yin Exercise with dao yin exercise to treat the type of cervical spondylosis youth patients for one course, it is observed that both of them have effect in position sense testing, but the Moxibustion du meridian four point plus Dao Yin Exercise have better treatment effect than dao yin exercise, there was a significant effect.
