Objective: This study by observing the clinical therapeutic effect of sling exercise therapy combined with plucking bladder meridian and simple sling exercise therapy and simple plucking bladder meridian on cervical-type cervical spondylopathy, verify that the three methods of treatment differences in the treatment of cervical-type cervical spondylopathy, in order to provide more effective rehabilitation therapy for many patients with cervical-type cervical spondylopathy,.Methods: Divided 60 cases of patients with cervical-type cervical spondylopathy who met the standard into three groups randomly: group A, simple sling exercise therapy treatment group; group B, simple plucking bladder meridian treatment group; group C-sling exercise therapy combined with plucking bladder meridian treatment group, 20 patients in each group. Three groups of patients according to their treatment, will be treated once daily, 4 weeks for a course of treatment, observation of a course. The patients were respectively assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS) and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS) before treatment and after four weeks of treatment quantitatively. Results: ?The quantitative comparison of efficacy in the group: three groups of the respective VAS and CASCS score before treatment and after treatment respectively, and follow-up at the time of the three score comparison, paired t test, score changes were statistically significant( P < 0.05). ? The total curative effect comparison of three groups: sling exercise therapy combined with plucking bladder meridian group respectively and two other groups, the rank sum test, the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05), the sling exercise therapy group and the sling plucking bladder meridian, the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0.05)Conclusion:Sling exercise therapy treatment combined with plucking bladder meridian and simple sling exercise therapy and simple plucking bladder meridian in improving pain and dysfunction in patients with cervical-type cervical spondylopathy were effective, and the effect of sling exercise therapy combined with plucking bladder meridian of cervical-type cervical spondylopathy is better than simple sling exercise therapy and simple plucking bladder meridian.
